KeymasterHi Brett,
I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue!
Can you try configuring the Health Check plugin, which can essentially mimic a bare WordPress install without having to switch themes and deactivate plugins?
Also can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kashef,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Erin,
According to your system information, you end of day cutoff was set to 12am.
After changing that, can you check if you have a WordPress timezone set? You can do so by going to Settings < General. If not, please go ahead and set that up.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Rob,
Does switching to a default WordPress theme resolve the issue?
Also, you can try playing around with the stylesheets and page templates that you have set up and see if that changes the placement of your elements:

KeymasterHi Dave,
As a next troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Susan,
Sorry, you are right. These are options that come with The Events Calendar, which you are not currently using.
In order to troubleshoot your site, you can also install the third-party plugin, Health Check, which can create a bare install on your site while your site visitors still see things as normal.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterI understand what you mean. You should be fine to update ahead of time, if you have the option, and have your license extended for another year (ending July 2019).
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterI see what you mean. In this case, you can assign a category to the organizer that you’d like to display, so the shortcode will look something like this:
[tribe_events_list category=””]
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
March 13, 2018 at 5:09 am in reply to: Ticket Sale Start Date Rounding Up So Can't See Tickets #1477369Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Craig,
This is just what the setting does automatically. You can alter when you’d like the ticket to start selling before you save the ticket so that you do not run into this issue.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jeff,
The addition of the Google Hangouts link is something that is added on Google Calendar’s end, not on our end. I’m sorry that this functionality is causing trouble for you right now. If you go into the Event Description, do you see the Hangout link there?
Since the Google Hangout link is added to the events in Google Calendar, can you look at one of your events in Google Calendar to see if it is there? If you see “Add Conferencing”, that is where the Google Hangout link is added. You should be able to remove it there so that it does not get imported.

Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jim,
Thanks so much for providing me with this information!
I tried importing one of the Facebook URLs that you provided and did not see any duplicates appear on my site. Do you see these duplicates appear upon first import, or subsequent scheduled imports?
Can you try switching your Event Update Authority to Overwrite my event with any changes from the source under Events Settings < Imports and see if that helps?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ashley,
One other option I’d encourage you to try is a plugin called Health Check, which can essentially mimic a bare install which your users still see your live site as it is.
Let me know if this helps and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
