KeymasterIs that the only page with a 404 error? Do you see a 404 error with all of your single organizer pages?
As a first troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Let me know how this goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
March 14, 2018 at 5:04 am in reply to: Ticket Sale Start Date Rounding Up So Can't See Tickets #1478757Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Craig,
Using your example, if you set up a ticket at 8:47am, you can set the Start Time for 8:30am, then save the ticket, so that your ticket can start selling immediately.
The Start Time is only rounded up to the next half hour if you do not enter anything in the Start Time field.
Does this make sense?
In addition, we have released an update for Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, so I’d recommend updating your plugins to ensure that everything is running optimally.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brett,
If you have accidentally made a change to Event Tickets, that may definitely cause an issue. I’d recommend backing up your site and then deleting the Event Tickets plugin and re-downloading it.
Do you know what file you may have edited? If you have any more information about this, we could compare the code in the original plugin files with the files that you have.
There is also an update for Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus available. Can you try updating and see if that helps as well?
Let me know how all of that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jeremy,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you go to your Orders tab or go to your Orders in WooCommerce to find the corresponding Attendee? It should be one that is marked as Processing.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Craig,
I just want to make sure that we are on the same page. Just to clarify, are you saying that you cannot alter the Start Date/Time of your ticket sales? The only situation in which the Start Time is automatically added is when there is no Start Time added in the first place.
You should be able to do so here:

Let me know if you are seeing something different!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brett,
Thanks for all of that information.
It looks like there may be a conflict with your Divi child theme. Can you confirm that you’ve tried switching to a default WordPress theme, or the Health Check equivalent?
Just to clarify, are you seeing difference when you have only The Events Calendar and Event Tickets active, as opposed to Event Tickets Plus and Events Calendar PRO?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Geoff,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
We do offer all of our bundles, including the Importer Bundle, at all license tier levels, though certain tiers are not prominently advertised on our product pages due to limited demand. We’d be happy to assist you with ordering our Importer Bundle at the Agency level via email–would you mind taking a moment to drop us a quick message? (Please select the option “Help accessing my account” from the drop-down menu to display the full email form.)
Thanks again, and we’ll see you over in email!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Agustin,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can add a Purchase Limit for your tickets. You can find this option where your edit your ticket.

Let me know if this helps!

KeymasterHi Travis,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
At this time, recurring events are not currently supported by Event Tickets Plus, which may be why you are having an issue with this setup.
You can also vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
You can include the Day 2 information in the Details portion or somewhere else, so that the price from Day 1 is added to the cart instead of Day 2.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Dave,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
It looks like this may be related to your venue data. Have you generated the geolocation information for your venues? If you go to Events Settings < General, you can Fix Venue Data, which may be able to assist with that issue.
In the meantime, please have a look at our Performance Considerations and see if there is anything you can adjust in order to help your site run better:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/performance-considerations/
After that, you may be interested in caching, so take a look at this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/caching-basics/
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
