    I have no idea who has made this payment to me, as there’s no info showing apart from on the Attendees by ticket column, which showes “Full Board – Halls:” 0 Sold (1 Awaiting Review)

    Can you help me see who booked this please? it’s pretty urgent, and embarrassing!

    Hi Jeremy,

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Can you go to your Orders tab or go to your Orders in WooCommerce to find the corresponding Attendee?  It should be one that is marked as Processing.
