    Hi Judith,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

in reply to: Venue Address Importing Incorrectly – Google Calendar #1476444

    Hi Christopher,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, can you try updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins and let me know if the issue still occurs?

In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?

Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Neil,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Karen,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

There is no clear downgrade path, as I’m sure you’ve realized.  Since your subscription has expired, you should be able to go ahead and just purchase a new Event Aggregator license with 100 imports.

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Is there a way to bulk edit for similar event imports? #1476419

    Hi Kadi,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

You can import events via CSV and bulk edit them that way:

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

in reply to: Past Events on Events PAge #1476418

Thanks so much for reaching out!

There is currently no way to show both past and present events on your main events page out of the box with your main calendar.

You can do so using a shortcode with a date attribute:

You may be able to may this customization work on your own as well.

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Does this text show up in the description section of your Edit Event page?  If so, can you remove it there?

You can also try hiding it with some CSS.  You can try adding the following snippet to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet:

    div.tribe-events-single-event-description.tribe-events-content {
    display:none;
    }

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: "limit of 100 import requests…" #1476401

    Hi Kirk,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

You can verify your imports by going to your wp-admin > Events > Import > Scheduled Imports tab, and you can check the History tab there as well.

You can also verify the current count of imports for your license by going to Events > Help under Event Aggregator System Status.

If you can take some screenshots of what you see, that would be helpful as well.

Let me know what you find!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for reaching out and for bringing this issue to our attention!

I have logged a bug ticket for this issue and have added this forum thread, so you will be notified when the issue has been resolved.

I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.

They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.

Thank you for your patience as we see this through.  Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Craig,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

If you go to your Edit Event page and click on the pencil on the right to edit your ticket, you can edit your Start Date/Time under the Advanced dropdown for your ticket and Save Changes, then Update your event.

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
