ONLY want 100 a day on renewal

I only want to renew 100 imports a day, but that is not an option. Can you make this happen? My subscription has expired.

Thanks so much for reaching out!

There is no clear downgrade path, as I’m sure you’ve realized.  Since your subscription has expired, you should be able to go ahead and just purchase a new Event Aggregator license with 100 imports.

Hi Karen,

All of your current imports/settings should remain intact.  Just to be safe, I would recommend creating a backup of your site to ensure that you have everything saved.
