One idea would be to use Advanced Custom Fields to add custom fields to the organizer and venue post types until that feature is available in Events Calendar PRO.

Sorry to see you here under the circumstances. Before we proceed, I’ll need you to review our Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you learn. Please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict.
I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.
If you’re unaware of Our Favorite Developer Plugins Knoweldgebase article, I recommend taking a moment to review it. It’s got some great plugin recommendations to help empower you as a site manager. I notice in your System Information you have The Events Calendar PRO version 4.1.2 installed; the latest version number is 4.4.2. I also see Filter Bar version 4.1 while the latest version if 4.4. I recommend updating all plugins needing an update, even those by another author. It’s always best to do updates on a test site before applying them to your live site in case something goes wrong. Once you’re done with that, I’ll need you to please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings. Please include your System Information as a private reply.
Once I have that information I’ll have a better idea on how to proceed. Thanks and have a great day! Cheers 🙂

I see you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WordPress theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours as instructed in the Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this? If not, please do so and let me know what you find out. This is a required step to continue receiving support.

@Ken, a bug report was recently filed by a fellow support team member which describes the issue you’re having of attendee information not saving when purchasing multiple tickets at once. I’ve added this forum thread to the ticket which helps expedite the process of getting a fix included in an upcoming release. It’s a Priority Level 2 which is an indication it’s being fast-tracked.
I don’t have a precise date when it will be available, but please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information. Thank you for letting us know reverting back to version 4.4 is a viable workaround.
@Janice, I’ve backdated your license for Event Tickets Plus, so please visit your Downloads page and download version 4.4 from the Event Tickets Plus dropdown. If you run into any issues, please create a separate thread and link back to this thread in your post.

ModeratorThank you for the update. At this time, it does not appear to be a widespread problem, but I appreciate you sharing your findings with us in the case a bug is found. The only bug which might be related to your issue is the attendee meta fields never display to user if they do not have JavaScript enabled. I’ll close this thread out but feel free to create a new one if you have any more questions or concerns.

I checked out Photo view on your site and see the issue you’re experiencing. I then attempted to reproduce the same behavior (events in one column, aligned to the left-hand side of the page) but was unable to.
Can you please send a screenshot of your Events > Settings > Display > Basic template settings screen? Can you also temporarily revert back to the default theme and deactivate all plugins other than ours, then send a screenshot of your Photo view page?
We have two logged bugs relating to Photo view but neither match the description of your issue. Please keep me updated and rest assured if there is a new bug, we’ll find it and get it addressed in an upcoming maintenance release.

ModeratorThank you for further elaborating on the matter. This would be advanced, but you could potentially unhook the displayFilter() method (which fires during the tribe_events_filter_view_do_display_filters action) and replace it with your own method. That replacement method might even call displayFilter() itself, but trap its output and modify it however you want. Unfortunately this is about all the support I can provide, but it’s a good place to start.
