    Hi, We have recently purchased Event Aggregator after having previously used Facebook Events to import from our page.
    Our license key says it is valid in that area but when trying to use the importer it only allows CSV importer and asks us to Buy Aggregator again.

    Is there something we’re missing here or do we need to purchase again ?

    Hello,

    It looks like you’ve got a valid license for Event Aggregator, so no need to purchase another one.

    Can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? Once I have that information I’ll have a better idea on how to proceed.

    Hi Hunter, It looks like that has fixed the issue, just changing themes and disabling everything else seemed to work fine.
