    Hey Damian,

Sorry to see you’re having troubles. I got caught up on the issue by reviewing the thread you feel is related to yours. Before I’m able to confirm a bug is present, can you send your System Information as a private reply? Can you also confirm you reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, please do so and include your findings in your reply.

Thanks and have a great evening. Cheers 🙂

I find out the problem, and I will explain so you know the answer for a
    future similar problem.

    Look at our site:
    http://tickets.otg.global/event/success-summit-2017/

The conflict is with the banner (or any other image we add) specially with
    a CSS class.

To recreate the problem, I can do the following:
    1) go to edit the event
    2) insert any media using wordpress ADD MEDIA button.
    3) when inserted, wordpress will add the following attribute to the IMG:

    class=”alignnone size-full wp-image-2246″

    4) if I leave it, two things will happen:
    a) the google map will not be showing any more
    b) when you add tickets, it will not ask you for the attendee data

I found that there is a javascript problem.

If I remove the “size-full” class, everything works fine.

Thank you for the update. At this time, it does not appear to be a widespread problem, but I appreciate you sharing your findings with us in the case a bug is found. The only bug which might be related to your issue is the attendee meta fields never display to user if they do not have JavaScript enabled. I’ll close this thread out but feel free to create a new one if you have any more questions or concerns.

    Cheers!
