    Hey Karen,

    Welcome back. For some reason, it appears the double square brackets in the tooltips aren’t being fully encoded. Some are, but not all of them. I spoke with one of the most technically inclined members of my support team and we’re really not sure where the conflict is coming from.

    One other route of “removing” the tooltip would be a template override as outlined in our Themer’s Guide. You’ll need to overwrite /the-events-calendar/src/views/month/tooltip.php with the following structure to avoid losing customizations: [your-theme]/tribe-events/month/tooltip.php. You’ll basically leave the new tooltip.php file completely blank so it doesn’t show anything when hovered upon. Let me know if this makes sense.

    A few different ways to export events include via the WordPress export tool or a plugin such as Export WordPress data to XML/CSV.

    I hope I’ve provided more details that can help possibly lead you to a solution and let me know if you have any more questions or comments.

    Hey Will,

    Welcome back! I took a look at the link provided but it appears there aren’t any events set for next month (August). I navigated back to June and then back to the current month with no problems. I see a couple errors in my console by right-clicking my mouse and opening ‘Inspect’. It appears you’ve got multiple API keys being called. I’m not 100% certain this is the cause of issue, but it’s a start. If you need help with the API keys, please refer to this article.

    I see you checked ‘Yes‘ to deactivating all other plugins and reverting back to the theme as recommended in the Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this? I’m not seeing any logged bug reports reflecting similar behavior and I’m unable to reproduce the issue on my testing environment.

    Hey Ryan,

    My apologies for the delayed response here. You might have to try and reproduce the issue on a fresh site that doesn’t include WPML. Reason being is (I believe) WPML creates a number of posts behind the scenes for each translated post, so you’d really need to deactivate it ​and start again with a new event, venue, organizer, everything.

    I know this is a strange and not ideal “answer”, but based on my discussions with other support team members, this is the most likely scenario you’re facing.

    Hey Peter,

    Thank you for the response 🙂

    I’ver personally never dabbled with the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing or the Groups plugins. We are also not able to support conflicts between other plugins, so unfortunately you’ll need to handle those.

    Regarding the page title, you might want to try a plugin like Yoast SEO which can give much more control over your event SEO titles and descriptions. Let me know if you have any more specific questions about the page titles.

    The first step when encountering problems is to confirm whether they still occur with the default WP theme and only our plugins active as outlined in the Testing for conflicts guide. We unfortunately can’t support conflicts between themes and other plugins, so please be aware of that.

    I’m not 100% certain you’re encountering a relative bug we’re aware of and have recently put out a fix for, but just in case, can you please update to version 4.2.2.1 of PRO and let me know if the issue still occurs? You might have to do some manual deleting of unnecessary events, but hopefully this maintenance release will alleviate the concern of this happening again.

    I unfortunately don’t have a copy of the Enfold theme, so there’s no real way I can provide any assistance here :-/

    I wish I had a better answer but theme/plugin conflicts are outside what we’re able to cover. You might want to try reaching out to the theme authors to see if they have any advice. Again, I apologize I can’t be of more assistance and good luck getting everything resolved.

    Hey Nick,

    Do you have a page with the same title/slug as what you’ve set for ‘Events URL slug‘ under Events > Settings > General? If so, go ahead and delete that page. If not, then disregard that step.

    If you haven’t already, please review our Testing for conflicts guide and let me know whether the issue still occurs. I’d also recommend checking out our New User Primer. It’s a useful article that can help answer some general questions you might have.

    For downgrading, we recommend doing so manually as instructed here.

    Can you please confirm the issue occurs with only our plugins and the default WP theme active as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide?

    We just released a version that aims to address the recurring events issue, so please upgrade to version 4.2.2.1 and if you’re still having this specific issue, please create a separate thread and we’d be happy to investigate for you.
