    I’ve got required fields set up for my tickets.

    If someone selects 1 or more tickets on my event page, it correctly prompts them to enter the information.

    However, if someone increases the number of tickets on the shopping cart page, then it doesn’t ask them.

    How can I resolve this?

    That behavior described doesn’t sound typical! If you wouldn’t mind, review our Testing for conflicts guide and see if the issue still occurs. Let me know what you find and we’ll take it from there.
