Many Issues with Event Ticket Plus

Hi

I followed the online instructions (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/) and installed both WooTickets (Event Tickets) and my newly purchased Event Tickets Plus.

Here are the problems I encountered:

1. Double entries for Woocommerce inside ADD NEW EVENTS-> ADD TICKETS
2. Double selection of Tickets inside event information.
3. After adding tickets (regular price) to cart, cart shows $0.0 price for tickets
4. Doe not work with Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing – I need to show different prices based on Woocommerce Groups

HELP!! This is urgent and I hope to get a response quick. Thank you so much.

If I deactivate WooTickets (Event Tickets), I get a single display but I can’t ADD TO CART and other issues remains.

Thank you for choosing Event Tickets Plus and welcome to the forums! Let’s see if we can get some answers 🙂

The first step when encountering problems is to confirm whether they still occur with the default WP theme and only our plugins active as outlined in the Testing for conflicts guide. We unfortunately can’t support conflicts between themes and other plugins, so please be aware of that.

With that said, please respond back with the issues that still occur with the default WP theme active and only our plugins and we’ll take it from there. Thank you again and have a great day.

– Solved the double entry problem.
– No conflicts.

Problems still exist:

1. I need to have different prices for different groups (Woocommerce dynamic pricing plugin and Groups installed)
2. The events-list URL show the page title as TRIBE_EVENTS. How can I change that?

Thank you for the response 🙂

I’ver personally never dabbled with the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing or the Groups plugins. We are also not able to support conflicts between other plugins, so unfortunately you’ll need to handle those.

Regarding the page title, you might want to try a plugin like Yoast SEO which can give much more control over your event SEO titles and descriptions. Let me know if you have any more specific questions about the page titles.
