    The next step here would be to reply back with the ‘Time & Date’ settings for the events giving you troubles. It would also help if you could possibly set up a test environment using only our plugins and the default WP theme to see if you can replicate the issue.

    Lisa,

    I copied and pasted the link provided and was able to fetch 82 events total and import/publish both volleyball games on October 6th (see screenshot below).

    Can you please confirm whether you’ve attempted to import the troublesome events while you site has the default WP theme and only our plugins active as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide?

    Thank you for testing the manual import option and for the reply back. After some more investigating, it looks like what you’re experiencing is actually related to a wp core issue. This means the developers of WordPress are aware of the issue and will most likely release a fix in an upcoming release.

    Thank you for running through the Testing for conflicts guide! What role are your users set at? E.g. Subscriber or Author? Let me know and I’d be happy to try and reproduce the problem. To be clear, are you using any other plugins for this process, such as a role management or membership plugin?

    Hello,

    Yea, that should work! Be sure and save as [your-theme]/tribe-events/community/payment-options.php so you maintain your customizations! Let me know how it goes 🙂

    Thank you for sharing that info with me. I took a look and don’t see any red flags that would cause the shortcode from not appearing. Have you tried contacting your theme author to see if they can provide any assistance? It looks like you’ll have to take the reigns from here as we’re unable to support theme conflicts. If you need, we have a list of customizers that can help as well.

    Our plugin adheres to the standard WordPress permissions, so whatever you have enabled/disabled for the vendor plugin should be honored by our plugin. We are unfortunately unable to provide support in these instances seeing it involves another plugin. More info can be found here. If it gets beyond your level of expertise, we have a list of customizers that can help.

    Hey Geoff,

    Welcome to the forums and thank you for being so detailed in your initial post. I did a quick check and can confirm that is the current design/behavior. One option I can think of would be to add a target=”_blank” to the Google Calendar export button. Let me know if you need specific help on that and I’d be happy to help as much as possible. Our Themer’s Guide is a great resource for ensuring you save the custom templates to avoid overwriting when updating plugins.

    Another idea would be to visit UserVoice Feature Ideas and mention it there if it hasn’t been already. We are always reviewing submissions and incorporating the most popular/logical solutions into upcoming releases.

    Hey Ken,

    Thank you for reaching out. While there isn’t a default setting at this time to enable the ‘Google Maps Link’ option for events imported via the Facebook Events plugin, you could do a simple SQL query. As always, back up before doing any queries!

    UPDATE wp_postmeta SET meta_value = '1' WHERE meta_key LIKE '%_EventShowMapLink%' AND meta_value=''
