    Hi,

    We have recurring events that aren’t being displayed in the Calendar.

    The Event Setting is set to show 6 events per day, in this case Sunday, the busiest day and it’s not showing the Sunday PM Service.

    In order to resolve this problem it seems there were multiple issues occurring, so I got the key user to delete all the recurring events for the Sunday PM Service and the Services they had extracted as individuals and go back to a base line.

    Once we had cleared all those entries, we then created a new Sunday PM Service Event for 25th September 2016.

    The Sunday PM Service Event for 25th September 2016 is not showing.

    Background…

    Prior to all this happening there was an issue with the Events and Daylight time (AEDST). what was happening was UTC 10, wouldn’t recognise daylight saving time, however, if I chose “Sydney” as a timezone it would work and compensate for daylight saving time.

    The first issues arose when we started changing the event settings time to the Sydney timezone and making sure the event time was also showing Sydney. Everything seem to work well in tidying this up except for the Sunday PM Service.

    Can you please advise and assist.

    Hi and welcome,

    I did a quick check of our logged bug reports but am not finding anything resembling what you described. I see you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours at outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this? It would also be helpful if you sent over your System Information as a private reply.

    The next step here would be to reply back with the ‘Time & Date’ settings for the events giving you troubles. It would also help if you could possibly set up a test environment using only our plugins and the default WP theme to see if you can replicate the issue.
