ModeratorHey Christopher,
Thank you for understanding. I think the best way to go about doing what you’ve described would be to assign categories to specific feeds you’re importing under the iCal tab. You should see an option to assign categories once you upload your .ics file manually (see screenshot below).

Once you’ve done that, head over to our PRO Widget Shortcodes KB article and use something similar to [tribe_mini_calendar category=”party”] to embed a mini calendar on any page only displaying events related to the “party” category.
Let me know if this sounds logical for what you need and I also recommend visiting our UserVoice Feature Ideas to submit it as a feature request 🙂
Have a great afternoon and take care. Cheers!

ModeratorRachel,
That should work! Let me know the results once you’re all finished testing. Thanks 🙂

ModeratorHey Jordan,
I experienced the same behavior as you described. I’ve worked with the Avada theme personally, so you might want to try visiting the Advanced > Dynamic CSS theme option tab and try different settings there. The Testing for conflicts guide is super important because it helps identify exactly where the conflict is coming from. Once we have that information, it makes it much easier to find a viable solution.
If you can provide specific details on your findings, it would honestly help a lot here. We are limited on the amount of support we can provide in these instances, but I’ll do my best to help out. Thanks for understanding and I look forward to your response. Cheers!

ModeratorI forgot to mention in my previous response, but the outdated versions of our plugins you’re currently running could be a contributing factor. I recommend updating to the latest versions and reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide to see if the issue persists.
Thanks again!

ModeratorHello,
This sounds like a theme/plugin conflict of some sort. We don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar behaviors and I was able to successfully navigate to the next month (October).
I checked your error console by right-clicking my mouse and opening ‘Inspect’ – it looks like you need to add/update your Google Maps API keys. More info on that can be found here.
Without the ability to replicate the problem and seeing we don’t have any logged bugs resembling what you’re experiencing, there isn’t much support I can provide here. I wish I had a better answer for you at this time, but I recommend mimicking the exact setup of the site you’re experiencing issues with to your dev site and reviewing the Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can narrow down the source of conflict.
If the problem becomes extreme and you need more assistance, we have a list of customizers that can help assist. Thanks for working with me on the issue and best of luck resolving the conflict. Take care!
Cheers 🙂

ModeratorThomas,
Welcome back. I attempted to recreate the issue but was unfortunately unable to do. I also did a check of our logged bug reports and am not finding anything resembling what you’ve described. I noticed you’re running an outdated version of Community Events, which may be a contributing factor. Are you able to update to the latest version and re-test as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide? Let me know and we’ll continue investigating from there.
Thanks for the update and take care. Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHello 🙂
Try deleting lines 32-155. Let me know if it works!

ModeratorHey Ben,
Unfortunately these types of issues can definitely be related to another plugin conflict. I’ve imported your calendar into my Apple Calendars app and the start/end times are off, so this last test will determine where we go from here. I’ve brought this thread to the attention of other support team members with more experience in these instances, so let me know what you find and we’ll continue investigating from there.
I truly apologize if it seems redundant and unnecessary to set up the test domain, but it’s always recommended to have a testing environment for these scenarios. Thanks for understanding and I look forward to your response.

ModeratorHey Colleen!
Welcome back! Check out this KB tutorial on how to set up your Google Maps API key. Let me know how it goes and thanks for choosing PRO. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Michael,
Sorry to hear about the featured image issue! Sounds like no fun at all! I’d be happy to investigate and see if we can narrow down the source of conflict. The first step is to review our Testing for conflicts guide and respond back with your System Information as a as a private reply.
Take care and enjoy the rest of the evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey, Jordan!
Shoutout from Chandler! I’m sitting in downtown enjoying some coffee and working away! I’d be happy to help investigate the issue with you. I see you checked ‘Yes’ to both reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins other than our as outlined in the Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this?
I did a quick check to see if I could reproduce the issue on my test environment but was unable to do so. Let me know how everything goes and enjoy the rest of your evening. Cheers!
Hunter
ModeratorHello and welcome 🙂
Are you able to test on your dev server with only our plugins and the default WP theme active as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide?
It would also be helpful if you included your System Information as a private reply along with your findings from the Testing for conflicts guide.
Let me know how it goes and thanks for choosing PRO. Cheers!

ModeratorHello and welcome back,
The first step in this instance is to review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings. I also notice you’re running outdated versions of both TEC and PRO. Are you able to update to the latest versions? This may be a contributing factor. Let me know the results of your testing and we’ll pick up from there.
Thank you again and enjoy the rest of your evening. Cheers!

ModeratorJon,
Thanks for posting and welcome back. Unfortunately, what you described would require custom code and/or addition plugins which we’re unable to provide. I’d recommend looking into membership plugins, role management plugins, etc.If it gets beyond your level of expertise, we have a list of customizers that can help assist.
Sorry we can’t do more here and we always welcome recommendations via our UserVoice Feature Ideas page. Have a great evening and thanks again. Cheers!
