ParticipantI”m having a hard time troubleshooting this because it doesn’t always happen for me. I have parents trying to view our school calendar and when they click to the next month (in this case October) it just spins.
Various browsers, various OSs…but it works for me so I can’t test it 🙁

ModeratorHello and welcome 🙂
Are you able to test on your dev server with only our plugins and the default WP theme active as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide?
It would also be helpful if you included your System Information as a private reply along with your findings from the Testing for conflicts guide.
Let me know how it goes and thanks for choosing PRO. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
This sounds like a theme/plugin conflict of some sort. We don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar behaviors and I was able to successfully navigate to the next month (October).
I checked your error console by right-clicking my mouse and opening ‘Inspect’ – it looks like you need to add/update your Google Maps API keys. More info on that can be found here.
Without the ability to replicate the problem and seeing we don’t have any logged bugs resembling what you’re experiencing, there isn’t much support I can provide here. I wish I had a better answer for you at this time, but I recommend mimicking the exact setup of the site you’re experiencing issues with to your dev site and reviewing the Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can narrow down the source of conflict.
If the problem becomes extreme and you need more assistance, we have a list of customizers that can help assist. Thanks for working with me on the issue and best of luck resolving the conflict. Take care!
Cheers 🙂

ModeratorI forgot to mention in my previous response, but the outdated versions of our plugins you’re currently running could be a contributing factor. I recommend updating to the latest versions and reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide to see if the issue persists.
Thanks again!

ParticipantOh, it doesn’t say there is an update available. I thought I was all up to date.
And it is frustrating because I can’t get the error either so it’s really hard to troubleshoot!

ParticipantI finally got it to error on my end. Well, spin forever and not load the next month. I brought up the Javascript debugger in Chrome and it said this:
‘//@ sourceURL’ and ‘//@ sourceMappingURL’ are deprecated, please use ‘//# sourceURL=’ and ‘//# sourceMappingURL=’ instead.
Is that useful?

ModeratorHello 🙂
Glad to hear you were able to reproduce the issue and thank you for the update. Were you able to update to the latest versions and run through the Testing for conflicts guide again to see if you could yet again reproduce the issue? And were you able to update the Google Maps API Key as recommended in my previous response?
I feel these two issues (not being updated to the latest version) and the API key could be contributing factors, though we’ll know what the results are for certainty once you can review the Testing for conflicts guide.
Thanks again for the update and take care. Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
