Disclaimer: We have Events Calendar Pro, but the free version of the ticket plugin. However, it looks like the reports are the same between the two ticketing versions, so this may apply. It’s definitely a bug, or at least extremely odd.
Two admin users are checking the attendee reports. Neither is the event author. One user can see the ticket type and security code; the other cannot. Screenshots are attached.
The two of us are using the site in the same condition – same plugins activated, etc.
I thought of some possible data that might help, and am checking with the other user for info. My system is a PC, Win 7, Chrome browser. I’m not sure what his is, but that might have some influence.
Anyway, I’ll send along that data as soon as I get it.
In the meantime, if you have any ideas on what could be causing this, I’d love to hear them.
