    Hello again, Rob 🙂

I responded to another thread of yours essentially asking the same thing. The first step before I can test to reproduce the issue and investigate much further, you’ll need to review the Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you learn.

I appreciate you understanding and please keep me updated. Cheers!

    Hey Rob,

Welcome back. Are you able to send over screenshots of the issues you’re having? Can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? Keep me informed and have a great rest of the weekend. Cheers 🙂

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about the troubles. I see you deactivated all plugins other than ours, but can you please review the Testing for conflicts guide to ensure the issue still occurs with both the default WP theme active and only our plugins active?

If you could send over your System Information as a private reply, that would be extremely helpful. Thanks again take care. Cheers!

    Thomas,

I’m happy to hear the issue has been resolved. And I apologize if my response came off as blaming another party or as a pat reply. After answering well over 1,000 threads related to The Events Calendar, I’d say over 50% of issues are caused by another plugin or a custom theme, which we do not provide support for. We clearly state this in our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article. If something on our website has led you to believe otherwise, please let me know so we can get that addressed.

If we chose to take on every conflict without confirming it is in fact coming from our plugins, we would never be able to release new features, products, and would essentially be a whole different company.

I hope I’ve clarified our position on the matter and if you have any additional questions or feedback, feel free to create a new thread. I recommend reviewing the Testing for conflicts guide prior to doing so to save time all around.

Thanks again for letting me know the issue has been resolved and have a great rest of the weekend. Cheers!

    Welcome back,

Thank you for the update and I’m glad you’ve at least diagnosed the cause of conflict and wish you the best of luck resolving it. Thanks again and have a great rest of your weekend. Cheers!

    Michael,

Glad we could help! The plugin I shared with you is just a small snippet packaged as a plugin, so it’s not listed anywhere that I’m aware of. Again, I’m happy everything worked out and please feel free to open a new thread if you have any more questions. Cheers!

    Hello,

If you could, paste the entire contents of your theme’s functions.php file into Pastebin.com and share a link with me as a private reply. I’ll respond back with code that should work. Thanks for the update and have a great rest of the weekend. Cheers!

    Hello,

I attempted to authorize my Eventbrite.com account through my test installation with Avada version 5.0.2 and was able to do so successfully. I’m not really sure why it’s not authorizing for you :-/

Can you send over screenshots of your Eventbrite app settings and the Events > Settings > APIs tab in your WP admin dashboard? Feel free to do so in a private reply. I assume you’ve already reviewed the Configuring Eventbrite Tickets KB article, but if you haven’t, please do so and let me know if that helps.

Keep me posted and have a great rest of the weekend. Cheers!

    Hey Brian,

Thank you for the response. Is there any way you can search for the event title in your wp_posts table? It would also be helpful if you could send over your System Information as a private reply.

Rest assured if there is a bug, we’ll find it and get it addressed in an upcoming maintenance release. Thanks again and have a great rest of your weekend 🙂

    Hello,

Sorry to hear things haven’t gotten better. Also, thank you for sending over the results. Can you reply back with the iCAl URL you’re having troubles with and I’ll try and reproduce the behavior?

Thank you and have a great rest of the weekend. Cheers!

    Brian,

My apologies for not being more specific. The template I need should be found here: [your-theme]/tribe-events/single-event.php.

Send that over via Pastebin and I’ll take a look. Thank you for your patience while we investigate and have a great rest of your weekend. Cheers!

    Ken,

Thank you for the updates, they were actually very helpful. Can you review the following screencast to see if you experience the same behavior?

Let me know and we’ll go from there. I’m determined to figure out exactly what is going on as soon as possible so you can move past this issue and get to importing and managing your events!

Thank you so much for your patience on all this and please keep me updated. Cheers!

    Hello Lisa,

Thank you for the response. I was trying to answer the question you posed when you said,

“Do you think that Woocommerce might be able to help?”

I apologize if I phrased my response incorrectly, but I was essentially trying to say WooCommerce may not be able to help because the issues appear to be related to The Events Calendar rather than WooCommerce, though we are both unable to confirm that by reproducing the behavior at this time.

Again, I really wish I could do more here but as previously stated, without having a clear set of instructions to reproduce the bug, it’s nearly impossible to begin guessing how the issue at hand is occurring.

Please let me know if this helps clarify anything I’ve said and let me know if you have any additional questions. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Cheers!

    Hello,

I’ll bring this thread to the attention of some more savvy developers to see if they’re able to come up with a temporary workaround, but I can’t promise anything. Try reaching out on Monday to see if I was able to come up with anything helpful.

Sorry I don’t have anything for you in the mean time and thanks for understanding. Have a great rest of your weekend 🙂

    Hey Kit,

Welcome back and thank you for the update. Glad to hear the Google Maps API key solved your issues. At this time, there isn’t an easy way to hide all countries other than Canada in the Tribe Search Bar’s ‘Location‘ field.

I did quite a bit of digging but was unable to find any working examples of restricting that field to a particular country. We welcome these kinds of recommendations with open arms over at our UserVoice Feature Ideas.

Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you and please let me know if you have any more questions. Cheers!
