    Hey Scott,

I went ahead and processed a refund for order #1250654. You should see the funds back in your account shortly. Unless you’ve got any additional questions or concerned relative to this thread, I’ll go ahead and close it out. Let me know and have a good evening!

Thank you for sending over the screenshots. Does this issue occur on both the front-end (Community Events Add event page) and back-end (add/edit event page)? I set my WP and Event-related timezone settings to the same as what you’ve shared with me in the screenshots and am still unable to reproduce the behavior.

Can you send your System Information as a private reply? It might be worth reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide to see if there is a possible theme and/or plugin conflict causing the odd behavior.

I’m still not seeing any logged bug reports matching up to this issue which leads me to believe there’s something going on within your own setup. Keep me posted and thanks again 🙂

    Hi Marcel,

Thank you for your patience while I further investigated the matter. At this time, Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus are not 100% compatible with WPML, which in turn means the level of support for conflicts between ET/ET+ and WPML is limited.

With that said, we do have a few helpful tutorials which aim to ease the level of difficulty when incorporating WPML with our plugins:

    • https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-tickets-plus-integration-with-wpml/

The second link shared goes over the process of integrating ET/ET+ and WPML, though as I stated before, we cannot provide support should you choose to take on the responsibility of integrating ET/ET+ and WPML.

I hope this helps clarify the status of where things lie in terms of development and support in regards to WPML. Let me know if you’ve got any additional questions and take care!

    Hey Chris,

Welcome back! Forgive me, but it’s been a fairly long day. Can you please elaborate on what exactly you’re looking to do? If you can provide any examples, including links to other sites with similar features, screenshots, and/or screencasts, it would be appreciated.

Thanks and have a pleasant rest of your day. Cheers!

    Hi and welcome back,

At this time, it is not currently a feature available in the plugins. A few avenues would be to visit our uUserVoice Feature Ideas and suggest your recommendation there. Another route would be to hire a reputable developer to help further assist.

You also might want to try searching our forums in additional the general web searches. Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you at this time and best of luck. Cheers!

Just to clear up any confusion, you no longer need any assistance? If that’s the case I’ll go ahead close out the thread, but feel free to create a new on if you have any questions. THanks!

    Hi and welcome,

We are unable to log into customer sites barring extreme circumstances to be determined by our dev team, so I removed the credentials included in your latest response. I’d be happy to help as much as possible, but the majority of your requests involve the customizations which we’re unable to support. Review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article for complete details.

The forum CSS tips haven’t worked for me so far, so I’m asking here:

Can you share links to documentation you’ve been following thus far?

    1. I’m using beaver builder to make my home page. Can I add the interactive toggle calendar/map/list function to that same page?

If not, as an alternative to that option, I have added separate widgets for a calendar and list with no problem. However, I don’t see a way to add the MAP as well. It has to show all the event locations available. Please advise how to add that to the home page.

While we don’t typically support conflicts with custom themes and plugins by other authors, a variety of factors determine if we bend on that “rule”. I checked our list of logged bug reports and was unable to find anything relating to “Beaaver Builder”.

I recommend you test again with your site as outlined in the Testing for conflicts guide. When testing, please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page and in your error log as you try to reproduce the conflict.

I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.

    2. I am trying to change the default dark grey calendar header to a custom colour. I tired adding the CSS in the customizer as well as in my child theme/beaver builder but it didn’t work. Please see attached photos — maybe you can see if something is in the wrong place? The latest code I tried was:

    .tribe-mini-calendar-dayofweek {
    color: white !important;
    }

Your best bet is to review the following resources of the matter:

Let me know if anything helps out.

    a. How do I remove the “edit” text on top of my Events page — as well as “Free” in a paid/ticket event. I listed it as $50. (See Screenshot).

This is coming from WordPress itself and only displays to logged in users with “Edit” capabilities, so do some general web searches for instructions on hiding/removing that information.

    c. I want to list all the events on one page and add that to my navigation bar; how do I do that? Right now it is only showing up as the recurring event but I just want to add the centerpiece “EVENTS” , too. Here is the page I want to retitle to Events and add additional events to it, as well.

I’m not 100% certain I understand what you’ve described, but it sounds like a customization I won’t be able to help out with other than providing any useful information I have. As mentioned above, theme overrides are essentially copying the code from files want/need to alter, pasting it into a new file, then saving with the proper title and folder structure.
Let me know how things go and have a pleasant rest of your day 🙂

    Hi and welcome,

We have a bug logged resembling what you’ve described, so I’ve added this forum thread to the ticket which helps expedite the process of getting a fix included in an upcoming release. I don’t have a precise date when it will beable, but please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information. We’ll also update you here in this thread.

It appears the issue was in introduced in versions Et & ET+ 4.4.2 Try downgrading to versions 4.4.1 and let me know if that has any effect on the benavrio.

Thanks again and let me know if you’ve got any additional questions or comments. Cheers!

    Hello,

    • Does this issue occur if a user attempts to purchase a single ticket?
    • Does this issue only occur when users attempt to purchase multiple tickets? If so, this bug was released in ET & ET+ versions 4.4.4. Upgrading to those versions will cause this issue will to temporarily subside.

Now – we do have another “Open” bug relating to attendee details not being saved, so I’ll include your thread to the bug report marked as open. A temporary workaround is to downgrade ET & ET+ to version 4.4.1

Based on that information, there are issues which whichever versions you choose, so you might try downgrading to the version(s) that work best on your site.

@barry, I’m a little confused on your reply. Can you provide more context if possible? If you have an issue you need assistance with, please create a separate thread and we’d be happy to help further assist.

Let me know if this info helps and have a good evening 🙂

    Hi and welcome,

Sorry to see you’re having troubles. I checked out the link you shared with me. Unfortunately, we never got a response from the user on that thread as to whether they identified the source of conflict. Additionally, I checked our list of logged bugs but am not finding anything relating to this issue nor am I able to reproduce it on my test site.

I see you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WordPress theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours as instructed in the Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this?

It might be worth testing again. This time, make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page and in your error log as you try to reproduce the conflict. I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.

Keep me updated and have a wonderful day. Cheers 🙂

    Hello!

First off, thank you for your purchase and welcome to our premium plugin support forums! Sorry to see you’ve run into a few issues.

<-I do not see the photo view, map view, week view, venue organizer view

Have you and/or your developer reviewed our Settings Overview: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO tutorial?

Do you have the views enabled under Events > Settings > Display tab?

-Also, under list view, under “events from”, I type in Events from 1/1/17,
and I get results that say, “events for 11/11/16-Nov. 1 ”
Not sure what that means. Is that a glitch in the system?

Can you please temporarily revert to the default WordPress theme (Twenty Seventeen, Twenty Sixteen, etc) and deactivate all plugins other than ours, then check to see if this behavior still occurs? Review our Testing for conflicts guide for detailed instructions. This will help identify exactly where the conflict is coming from. As of right now, we don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar behaviors and I’m unable to reproduce it on my test site.

-Also under the field , “near” I type in MA, and I do not get the (Massachusetts) MA event that is listed.

We are aware of an issue with the Tribe Events Bar “Near” field and have a bug report written up. I’ve added this forum thread to the ticket which helps expedite the process of getting a fix included in an upcoming release. I don’t have a precise date when it will be available, but please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information.

-Under keyword, I type in MA ( for Massachusetts), and an event comes up with the word MAY.

This is expected behavior. Our plugin searches event content for part of and the entire text users enter into the “Keyword” field, so by entering part of a word, such as “Ma”, should in theory display any events which include the text “May”.

Please keep me posted and thanks again! Cheers 🙂

    Hi and welcome,

All you need to do is hit the “Edit All” button for the recurring event, add the exclusion, and re-save. If you prefer to alter the title notifying users that particular event is cancelled, you would need to break it from the series and add the ‘Canceled’ label/category whatever to it.

I hope this clarifies your current options and if you have any recommendations on how we can improve, please visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas and submit your requests there.

Let me know if this helps answer your question and have a good afternoon 🙂
