Attendee Details are not saving

    Hello

    We recently started having an issue with our ticket attendee details not being saved. I have done the following to troubleshoot:

    -Made sure WordPress (4.7.1), WooCommerce (2.6.12), Academia Theme (4.0), Academia Core Plugin (4.0), Event Tickets (4.4.0.1), Event Tickets Plus (4.4), The Events Calendar (4.4.0.1), The Events Calendar Plus (4.4) are all up to date.

    -Deactivated all plugin not needed and tested with same results of no attendee details being stored

    Can you please help us solve this problem. Let me know what else you need form me to expedite the solution.

    Hello,

    • Does this issue occur if a user attempts to purchase a single ticket?
    • Does this issue only occur when users attempt to purchase multiple tickets? If so, this bug was released in ET & ET+ versions 4.4.4. Upgrading to those versions will cause this issue will to temporarily subside.

    Now – we do have another “Open” bug relating to attendee details not being saved, so I’ll include your thread to the bug report marked as open. A temporary workaround is to downgrade ET & ET+ to version 4.4.1

    Based on that information, there are issues which whichever versions you choose, so you might try downgrading to the version(s) that work best on your site.

    @barry, I’m a little confused on your reply. Can you provide more context if possible? If you have an issue you need assistance with, please create a separate thread and we’d be happy to help further assist.
