ParticipantHi,
I have one more problem and i think it is because of WPML plugin, but i dont know why by new approved order a customer becomes e-mail without tickets

ModeratorHi Marcel,
Welcome back and I hope your week is off to a great start. I quickly skimmed over our logged bug reports but am not finding anything resembling what you’ve described. Are you using a plugin such as Easy WP SMTP? It helps ensure emails get delivered. If not, it might be a good idea you try it out.
I’d also visit WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and Events > Settings > Tickets > WooCommerce Support to ensure your settings are as you need for the desired user experience.
It might be a good idea you review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if a theme and/or plugin could be the reason behind the behavior. Do you know when the issue started? Did it begin after updating any of our plugins or perhaps your theme or another plugin? It would also be helpful if you could include your System Information as a private reply.
Thank you and have a pleasant rest of your day. Cheers 🙂

ParticipantHi Hunter,
I had tried to check where was a problem and had deactivate all WPML plugins and WooCommerce Multilingual, in that case customers become e-mail with tickets, but when i activate all this plugins then becomes customer just empty e-mail.The problem is not that customer becomes any e-mail but in that customer becomes an empty e-mail without ticket
Thanks,

ModeratorHi Marcel,
Thank you for your patience while I further investigated the matter. At this time, Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus are not 100% compatible with WPML, which in turn means the level of support for conflicts between ET/ET+ and WPML is limited.
With that said, we do have a few helpful tutorials which aim to ease the level of difficulty when incorporating WPML with our plugins:
• https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-tickets-plus-integration-with-wpml/The second link shared goes over the process of integrating ET/ET+ and WPML, though as I stated before, we cannot provide support should you choose to take on the responsibility of integrating ET/ET+ and WPML.
I hope this helps clarify the status of where things lie in terms of development and support in regards to WPML. Let me know if you’ve got any additional questions and take care!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
