ParticipantWhen a user makes a ticket purchase, pays for it, and then comes back later to update their ticket(s), their ticket it not being updated in the backend.
Instead, a new order code is created, it is marked as Deleted, and the original order is not updated.
For instance:
1. I purchased a ticket and got order #2466
2. I need to change some ticket information so I go back to the ticket page and change the order info. I hit “Update Tickets”
3. In the backend, the original ticket order of #2466 is not updated. Instead, a new order of #2221 is created but marked as “Deleted” automatically.
4. When I export the tickets I get both orders in the list but the order #2221 is still showing as “Deleted” even though it has the accurate ticket data. The order #2466 has the old, inaccurate ticket data.Can you please help me understand what’s happening here?

We have a bug logged resembling what you’ve described, so I’ve added this forum thread to the ticket which helps expedite the process of getting a fix included in an upcoming release. I don’t have a precise date when it will beable, but please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information. We’ll also update you here in this thread.
It appears the issue was in introduced in versions Et & ET+ 4.4.2 Try downgrading to versions 4.4.1 and let me know if that has any effect on the benavrio.

Just wanted to share with you that maintenance release 4.4.5 of our plugins is out, which includes a fix for this issue 🙂
