Are Pro upgrades allowed?

Hello,

I only need to purchase the Personal Pro version right now, but I can see that we might need to upgrade to Business in the future. In terms of whether this is allowed and if so how it would work, I don’t see answers on the forum because most previous people asking seem to have been answered privately.

Can you clarity whether upgrading is generally allowed, and how it would work if so?
