ParticipantHey Joe,
Thanks for this information. Just to be clear, there’s nothing “incorrect” about how The Events Calendar registers its custom post types. It follows WordPress Coding Standards completely in this regard.
When it comes to the PHP notice, you reported it as being “Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in on line 15” — this seems incomplete, and there was likely a longer PHP notice message. One that referenced a specific file name, perhaps.
Is this the case? If so, can you please copy and paste the full, un-edited PHP notice here to help me investigate it?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi @Gergana,
Please do describe that other error you face in more detail. Please list the exact steps you do to create that error, and then please also paste the error message itself, of course.
I don’t find an error like this myself, so it would be very helpful! 😀
Thanks for your patience here,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantSure thing, Mike. This thread’s been marked “Resolved”, so I’ll close it up for now—but feel free to open a new thread any time if other issues or questions arise.
Thanks!

ParticipantThanks for this information, Nicole! Based on what I wrote in my first reply, I may not be able to see these issues through to resolution, but I am curious if you can provide a bit more detail that may help me help you:
1. Can you post your site’s complete, un-edited system information to this thread? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
2. Next, in your first post you say, “I get to add events and then after a few weeks, the calendar and the events disappear” — can you think of anything specifically that precedes the disappearance of the calendar from your site? Does it work fine for a couple of weeks, and then you do a specific thing on your site like add a bunch of events on a specific date, or make a customization to the code in some way, and then it fails?
Thanks!

ParticipantDoes the information also appear on the ticket receipt the customer receives as well as on the attendee list?
Indeed it does. 🙂
If I got Event Ticket Plus, what other plugins would I need? As a school parents association we are a charity and cant afford to spend too much money on a few events.
The absolute minimum set of plugins you need are as follows:
• Event Tickets — FREE — This is the “core” tickets plugin that you must have installed in order for Event Tickets Plus to work. Download here.
• Event Tickets Plus — Premium — While Event Tickets only allows for RSVPs, Event Tickets Plus allows for actually selling tickets and collecting money.
• WooCommerce — FREE — This the eCommerce platform plugin that connects your site to PayPal or other payment processors. Event Tickets Plus hooks into WooCommerce to sell tickets and actually collect money from folks. Download here.
If you are hoping to have events in an events calendar, and sell tickets on these events, then you will also need:
• The Events Calendar — FREE — This adds Event and Calendar functionality, and integrates with Event Tickets for a complete Event and Ticketing solution. Download here.
Let me know if this information helps!

ParticipantSure thing Michael, I’ve forwarded the reply to the email address you specified. Let me know if you receive it.
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Stefanie!
You do NOT need Events Calendar Pro to use Eventbrite Tickets—all you need for any of our premium add-ons is the core, free plugin The Events Calendar. 🙂
I hope this helps! Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Isuru,
It doesn’t currently appear that you have a premium license with us. If this is wrong, and you do have a premium license with us, then apologies for my misunderstanding!
However, in that case please log into the account on this site that has your premium license, and then post this question in a premium support forum.
Please note that I have also answered your support question in my second reply above.
Thanks!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantSorry to hear this, @copephotos.
Can you share the URLs of some of the Facebook pages you’re importing from, or specific Facebook events that have these issues? I will test manually to see what I find.
Also, are you aware of Event Aggregator? This is a replacement for the Facebook Importer plugin, which you’re using—the Facebook Importer plugin is no longer actively maintained, and I would strongly encourage you to replace it with Event Aggregator. You already have a free Event Aggregator license in your account because you are a preexisting Facebook Importer user (head to http://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys to find the actual licenses).
You can learn more about moving to Event Aggregator here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-aggregator/
Cheers!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantI’m sorry to hear this, Erica!
Would you mind sharing the specific Google Calendar URL you’re trying to import? I’ll test it myself and see if I find the same failures.
Thanks!
