ParticipantHey @cyrilsack,
Thanks for reaching out!
We don’t have any specific integrations with Airtable, but just an idea here — if Airtable allows for CSV imports, you could find a CSV-export plugin on wordpress.org and export event data to CSV, then import it over to Airtable. That may work well and may be helpful.
Otherwise there’s not much insight I can think of on this…sorry to disappoint!

ParticipantI’m sorry to hear this, @Fadi!
I cannot recreate this behavior, so I’m curious: can you do the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, check back on your month view and see if things go back to normal anywhere along the way.
Let me know what you find!
GeorgeJanuary 18, 2017 at 10:22 pm in reply to: Use Shortcode (Photo view) and show upcoming AND past events #1220766George
ParticipantHey @Tomonori,
It sounds like you’re hoping to essentially have two instances of the shortcode—is that right? If so, this is unfortunately not possible at this time. There can only be one instance of the [tribe_events] shortcode on any given page.
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantHey Isuru,
While the above information is true, I wanted to add the note here that it is unfortunately not possible to make a list of venues like you describe here. 🙁
For further technical support questions or customization questions, please post in the free WordPress.org forums as described above.
Cheers!

ParticipantHi there,
Thank you for reaching out. These forums here are our “Pre-sales Questions” forums, so we unfortunately cannot field technical support questions here.
It doesn’t currently appear that you have a premium license with us. If this is wrong, and you do have a premium license with us, then apologies for my misunderstanding!
However, in that case please log into the account on this site that has your premium license, and then post this question in a premium support forum.
If you indeed do not have a premium license, then please post your question in our free support forums here → http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar
We check those forums a bit more than once per week, so hopefully we will be able to get to your question there.
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantThis is a duplicate of this thread here → https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/one-page-show-all-venues/
I will close this thread and keep the conversation in the above one.

ParticipantHey Oliver,
Thanks for reaching out. It’s unfortunately not possible to add all upcoming events to a Map View without some extensive code customizing beyond the scope of support we can provide here.
I’m sorry to disappoint!

ParticipantHey Stefanie!
Even with Events Calendar Pro, there is not full support for recurring Eventbrite events being imported into WordPress at this time. 🙁
So when you import an event that recurs from Eventbrite, individual event instances are imported, but they are not imported as a single recurring event series.
Sorry to disappoint! I hope this helps.

ParticipantHi @Bob,
I have removed the site credentials you posted because this is a public forum—if you want to post those credentials again, please do so in a Private Reply here so that only you and the support team can see the content of the post (just check the “Set as Private Reply” option before submitting the reply).
As for this error, I am not able to recreate it but am going to see if our developers have any insight on these errors.
Stay tuned—I will report back with what they have to say about these errors.
Cheers!

ParticipantHey Janice,
Thanks for reaching out. I don’t find this exact same behavior with tickets, and so to help me investigate here I’m wondering if you can post your site’s complete, un-edited system information? Here’s how to do that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Next, in regards to the email text you’re referring to, that snippet would not remove the “Your tickets will be sent in a separate email” text. I actually cannot find this text in some test emails I’ve been sending—can you share a screenshot of where you see this text in your emails?
You can do so by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
Thanks!

ParticipantSorry to hear this, Lucy! I cannot recreate this on my own site, and so to help me investigate these issues, can you post your site’s complete, un-edited System Information to this thread? Here’s how to do that ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
That will help us start investigating the possible causes of this.
Thanks!
GeorgeJanuary 18, 2017 at 7:28 pm in reply to: How can I offer a ticket exchange to my customers online #1220716George
ParticipantHey Kristin,
Thanks for reaching out!
This is unfortunately not something that’s possible “out-of-the-box” with our plugins. 🙁 The only process our plugins support by default is the literal process of refunding the orders that the tickets were attached to, and then letting the customers buy a new ticket (or manually creating new tickets for them).
There’s no voucher system plugin I know of, either, unfortunately.
Sorry to bear this news! Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

ParticipantHey Shawn,
Thanks for reaching out!
You should be able to set those colors by adding CSS like the following to the bottom of your theme’s style.css file:
.tribe-events-month .tribe-events-calendar th {
color: red !important;
}
Use whatever color you’d like, of course—let me know if this helps! 😀

ParticipantI’m sorry to hear about this, Kristin!
One or two other customers have reported similar issues, and so we’ve been investigating issues with ticket quantities—there’s not a definite pattern emerging quite yet, but we’re determined to help figure out what’s going on here.
You posted your system information which saves us a whole step in the support process, so: thanks for doing that! Nothing in the information seems problematic or out-of-the-ordinary, so that’s good.
With that in mind, then, I’m curious if you can do specific set of testing steps that might be very helpful here:
1. Activate the “Cash on Delivery” payment gateway within WooCommerce — this is just temporary, so don’t worry if you don’t really want to use this gateway!
2. Go to an event with tickets and “buy” a ticket yourself. Choose to pay for it with the “Cash on Delivery” payment gateway.
3. View the WooCommerce order for that ticket purchase in your wp-admin, and manually mark it “Complete”.
4. Once you do all of this, check to see if the ticket quantity for this specific event is updated at all.
☝️ What do you find when you do these steps?
Thanks!
GeorgeJanuary 18, 2017 at 7:09 pm in reply to: Thumbnail for featured image instead of date box on widget #1220710George
ParticipantHey Ana,
Thanks for reaching out!
Implementing the design tweaks you mention is only possible by way of custom coding, which is outside the scope of support we can provide. Please read more on that here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
With that being said, I’m happy to try and help get you started with the thumbnails you describe.
To help me do that, I’m wondering the following things:
1. Are you referring to the List Widget? I’m pretty sure you are, but just want to be absolutely certain.
2. Can you please post your site’s complete system information to this thread? Here’s how: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
3. You mention having the featured images showing previously, before the update…can you remember how you were able to achieve that? Did you add custom coding to your site, for example?
Please answer each of these three questions—they’ll help me work on a custom snippet for you and we can go from there! 😀
