How can I offer a ticket exchange to my customers online

I would like to offer a way for my customers to exchange their tickets (like this example:https://www.paintnite.com/rescheduling-tool ) by getting a voucher online to book a different event. Is there a feature/plugin I could use for this?

Hey Kristin,

Thanks for reaching out!

This is unfortunately not something that’s possible “out-of-the-box” with our plugins. 🙁 The only process our plugins support by default is the literal process of refunding the orders that the tickets were attached to, and then letting the customers buy a new ticket (or manually creating new tickets for them).

There’s no voucher system plugin I know of, either, unfortunately.
