ParticipantHello,
I’ve been having a problem with some of my events that I have edited several times.
Sometimes if I go in and edit an event, when I save the post the organiser and venue default back to unselected / blank fields, and however many times I re-select/add them and try and re-publish, these fields are not saved and revert back to empty.
I end up having to create the event again from scratch and it saves all the info ok.
Has anyone had an issues like this before / know what the problem could be?

Unfortunately it is not listing all of the plugins that are on your site, which is an error—I’m not sure why it doesn’t list those!
With this in mind, can I trouble you to list the version numbers of The Events Calendar and all The Events Calendar add-ons on your site?
• What version of The Events Calendar are you using?
• What version of Events Calendar Pro are you using?
• Are you using any other add-ons like Community Events? If so, what version of it are you using?Thanks!

I have tried to replicate this problem a number of times to no avail.
You mention that this issue only happens with “Some events” on your site—can you identify one specific event on which this issue always happens?
If so, once you have this event, please do the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, go back to the edit screen of that specific event and edit it, then check the organizer and venue on it and see if the issue happens again.
Does anything improve anywhere along the way if you do these steps?
This process will help reveal if there’s a plugin or theme conflict on your site, which may be the case here because we cannot recreate this.
