    Hey @gergana,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I took a look at this to see if there’s a way to do this, but it’s unfortunately not possible. 🙁 I’m sorry to disappoint! On the bright side, I have logged a ticket for our developers to investigate this, and so possibly in the coming months or beyond there could be an update to Event Tickets and/or Event Tickets Plus that allows for this.

I don’t have any specific estimated date of when that could be expected to arrive, but it is now something officially in our system and should eventually be part of a future update.

Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with!

    Hey Joe,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The “untitled” text in the document title of the Month View maybe fixable with some custom code—I can write some up for you in a bit, but want to tackle the other issues first.

In regards to the breadcrumbs, you mention that they work on other custom post types like WooCommerce Products, etc.—what sort of steps did you have to take, if any, to get the breadcrumbs to show up on WooCommerce Products? Were there options in your wp-admin, for example, that you had to check or set up so that the breadcrumbs show on Woo Products? Did they show automatically?

Next, you say, “I noticed this PHP warning notice on effected pages” — when you say “effected pages”, do you mean on specific pages where breadcrumbs do not show up? If not, what do you mean by “effected pages”, specifically? Effected by what, in other words?

    Thanks!

    Hey @Dubart,

    Thanks for reaching out.

As Geoff mentioned in that thread, there’s currently no way around with this issue 🙁 There is an open feature request for improving this functionality, but like Geoff mentioned in that thread, I don’t have a specific release date for when we can expect that improvement to arrive.

The information Andras mentions in his reply here may be helpful → https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/countdown-when-its-over-switch-to-the-next-event/

Please let me know if it is helpful, or if there’s anything else I can try to help with.

    Sorry to disappoint!

    Hey @Meleah,

    Sorry to hear about this!

    1. You mention that “sometimes” you get the white screen—what specific URLs on your site are where the white screen shows up? Is it the main /events/ URL, for example?

Next, can you see if errors pop up on your site if you head to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    to this:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

That will display PHP errors if any exist, which might be quite useful here.

    2. Once you make this change, go to those same URLs where you get the white screen—do any error messages show up on these blank white screens? If so, paste the whole error messages here in your replies.

    3. Finally, how are you hosting your website? Are you hosting it with GoDaddy, for example? Or BlueHost, or HostGator? Or self-hosting it on your own physical server somewhere…? Just curious how, specifically, you are hosting your website.

Let us know your response to each of the three questions listed above—that will help us get started on investigating these issues and, hopefully, recommending a solution! 😀

    Hey Gaidi,

    1. Can you confirm that you are describing Event Aggregator?

    2. Next, if so, can you please confirm if you’re using a URL to an ICS file? Or are you uploading a literal ICS file? If you’re using a URL, can you share that URL here so that I can test it out myself? If it’s a literal file, can you upload that file to a site like cloudup.com and then share a link to that upload—I will download it and test it myself.

    3. Finally, can you share your site’s complete, un-edited system information to this thread? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    Cheers,
    George

    Hey Kai,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The best resource for functions is the code of the plugin itself: I would encourage simply opening up the plugin code in a code editor and reading it all through.

For an abstracted resource, though, the best one is this list of plugin functions → https://theeventscalendar.com/functions/

That list shows both non-deprecated functions and deprecated ones, and there is unfortunately no way to filter the list down to only non-deprecated functions, but all non-deprecated functions are listed there.

    I hope this information helps!

    Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Event Aggregator has no Eventbrite integration at all, at this point. Only our “Eventbrite Tickets” add-on allows for the importing of Eventbrite details.

Please let me know if there’s any other information I can try to help with here!

    Sincerely,
    George

    Hi Nicole,

While what I posted above is true, and we cannot technically provide support here, I want to at least TRY and help you sort things out, because I’m really sorry to hear about repeated fatal errors.

To help me help you, can you please confirm the following details:

    1. What version of WordPress is your site running?

    2. How are you hosting your website, specifically? Are you hosting it on GoDaddy, for example? Or BlueHost? Or HostGator, or anything similar to this? Please specify how you are hosting your website—share a link to the web host you’re using.

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. These forums here are our “Pre-sales Questions” forums, so we unfortunately cannot field technical support questions here.

It doesn’t currently appear that you have a premium license with us. If this is wrong, and you do have a premium license with us, then apologies for my misunderstanding!

However, in that case please log into the account on this site that has your premium license, and then post this question in a premium support forum.

If you indeed do not have a premium license, then please post your question in our free support forums here → http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar

We check those forums a bit more than once per week, so hopefully we will be able to get to your question there.

    Thank you,
    George

    Hey John,

You may be able to use the “Attendee Information” features of Event Tickets Plus for this — you can make a required text field on tickets that folks have to enter before being able to buy the ticket or make the RSVP.

You can learn more about those features here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/

    I hope this helps!

    Hey Patricia,

    Thanks for reaching out.

If you’re only using The Events Calendar or premium add-ons for it on one individual sub-site on your network then you would not need a Multisite License, you’d only need a Personal License. If you intend to use The Events Calendar or premium add-ons for it in the ways described on this article, though, then you would indeed need to use a Multisite License → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/

I hope this helps! Once you have a license you can proceed with technical support in regards to your calendar display issues.

Sorry to hear this, Michael. It’s not uncommon for our review process to take a week or more, especially when there’s high volume like there is this week, but I would be happy to double-check on your application.

What is the name of the organization you’re inquiring about?

    Thanks,

in reply to: Events Edit View Title column not displaying properly #1220558

    Hey Mike,

    Thanks for reaching out.

This narrowness is the result of the extra columns that other plugins (and possibly your theme) have added to the list view here in your wp-admin.

The only solution is to hide some of those columns so that the visible ones have more room to show up. You can do this by checking and un-checking checkboxes in the “Screen Options” for this admin page. To learn how to do that, read the “Screen Options” section of this page → https://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Screens#Screen_Options

    Cheers!

In your second question, you ask this:

Also, how do I get the featured event to show and stay sticky on my home page with the calendar widget? I’d ideally like this to be at the top of the list view as well.

Featured Events do not stick to the top of List views — there is unfortunately no way to have any event stick to the top of List views at this time, which included the widget.

    Sorry to disappoint!
