    Hey Kindra,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This is unfortunately not possible to do at this time, but is a great idea. While it won’t be possible to implement at this time, I highly recommend you post this idea to our UserVoice page here → http://tribe.uservoice.com

That page is where folks can submit ideas for our products, and other folks can “vote” those ideas up or down. We refer to this page often when building new features, and so I highly recommend posting your idea there to help bring it into existence!

    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. These forums here are our “Pre-sales Questions” forums, so we unfortunately cannot field technical support questions here.

It doesn’t currently appear that you have a premium license with us. If this is wrong, and you do have a premium license with us, then apologies for my misunderstanding!

However, in that case please log into the account on this site that has your premium license, and then post this question in a premium support forum.

If you indeed do not have a premium license, then please post your question in our free support forums here → http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar

We check those forums a bit more than once per week, so hopefully we will be able to get to your question there.

    Thank you,
    George

    Thanks Erica!

I’m testing this now, and while it has not failed yet, it is take a significant amount of time to load and is still loading for me.

A quick question in the meantime: is this a private calendar? Is it set to be totally publicly-readable and accessible?

    Hey @Copephotos,

Thanks for these Facebook pages. I will start testing them with Event Aggregator.

Speaking of Event Aggregator, it’s worth noting that the license you have for Event Aggregator does not limit you by the number of domain names on which the license is activated—it sets the limit by number of imports per day (100 per day, specifically).

So you can use it on several different sites. And I actually just went ahead and tripled the license limit for you 🙂 So now it will allow for 300 imports per day.

    Cheers!

It’s unfortunately not really possible to have both upcoming and past events on the same page. 🙁

First is the fact that, as noted above, you can’t have two [tribe_events] shortcodes on the same page.

So when it comes to trying to make this work with only one [tribe_events] shortcode on a page, it won’t really be able to work as you describe. If you show the Month View with the [tribe_events] shortcode, then it will show all events of that month—some will be past, some upcoming. But other than this you can’t really have a separated set of events, where one set is upcoming, one is past.

    I hope this information helps!

    Hey Fadi,

Can you make a backup of any custom code you have made, and then please remove ALL CUSTOM CODING from your site?

Once you do this, how do things display?

We just need to be able to pinpoint the exact source of the problem, and this step will help do that.

Let us know what you find!

    Thanks,
    George

    Hey Gaidi,

    Thanks for your answers here!

    1. First, I wanted to report that the System Information you’ve shared does not list any plugins on your site…that seems wrong, of course, since you mention using Event Aggregator which requires the presence of The Events Calendar plugin, so if possible I would encourage you to manually share your system information using the “Sharing the Information Manually” methods described on this guide that I shared before: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    2. Next, there is currently a bug with WordPress 4.7.1 itself—in other words, not a bug with our plugin, but with WordPress core itself—that is affecting the uploading of things other than images. That seems to be at play and we’re investigating if this is the reason for a number of threads similar to yours. I will update this thread with news about this—stay tuned!

I unfortunately do not know of any such thing. 🙁 Sorry to disappoint!

Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

    Sincerely,
    George

That sounds like a solid plan, @CDC — if that suits your needs well, then feel free to proceed that way!

    Excellent, David!

It looks like you were trying to post a screenshot to this thread; it did not get posted successfully. You can try uploading that image to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.

And just to be clear, it sounds like now that you’ve removed the license key, the error message is gone and the issue is resolved here. Can you confirm that that’s the case?

    Thanks!

I’m sorry to hear that, @aya! I have two questions for you that should help us a lot. Please answer both of them:

    1. When you say that this happens when you’re “Logged in as admin”, can you confirm what type of admin user you’re logged in as? Are you logged in as an “Administrator”-level user? And “Editor”-level user? A “Subscriber”-level user?

    Let me know!

    2. Next, your system information does not show what your site’s Permalinks settings are. Can you verify what they are set to? Are they set to /%postname%/, for example?

    Thanks!
    George
