ParticipantHey Alex,
Thanks for reaching out!
The only renewal I see in your account is a recent renewal of your Personal License for Community Eventsβnot for Events Calendar Pro.
So to renew your Events Calendar Pro license, you would need to manually renew that license. If you want me to refund the Community Events renewal, so that you can let Community Events expire because you only wanted to renew Events Calendar Pro, let me know!

Participanthi george,
thank you, but could you do another refund please? π …because:
i wanted and ordered:
– community events
– events calendar PRO (renewal)and i got:
– community events
– events calendar (renewal, which i’ve never had)then i got a refund for:
– community eventsthen i ordered again and finally got:
– events calendar PRO (renewal)
– community eventsJanuary 20, 2017 at 10:59 am #1221634George
ParticipantI can still help, for sure, Alexander.
Just to make sure we’re absolutely on the same page, I’m wondering if you can help clarify your goals as follows?
Here are all of the orders you have:
- A. An Events Calendar Pro Personal License β Bought January 11
- B. A Community Events Personal License β Bought January 17
- C. A Community Events Personal License Renewal β Bought January 17 β REFUNDED
- D. An Events Calendar Pro Personal License Renewal β Bought January 20
- E. Another Community Events Personal License β Bought January 20
Item C in that list was already refunded. What specific items do you want to have refunded in addition to that? Please specify them by letter, so if you want Item D and E refunded, mention those as “Item D and Item E” so that I refunded the exact things you are trying to refund.
Thanks!
