ParticipantSorry to hear this, David!
The availability of download versions there depends on when your license was activated.
Can you let me know a version number you’re trying to download? I will upload it privately here for you to make it available.
Let me know! 😀

January 20, 2017 at 11:19 am in reply to: Use Shortcode (Photo view) and show upcoming AND past events #1221653George
ParticipantThe Year View will show all events of the year, yes—so if you’re currently in March, for example, the events from January and February will still be listed on the Year View. It will show all events from the Year, past and present.
Is this what you’re asking?
We unfortunately don’t have a specific release date in mind for the Year View—I would estimate that it will not arrive until this summer at the earliest.

ParticipantThanks Fadi, so it sounds like your custom coding is the source of the problem here.
To help me help you, can you please put your custom file back in the state where the issue happens with the months instead of days? Once this file is back to being broken, copy and paste the full content of the file’s code into a Gist at http://gist.github.com/ .
1. Then share a link to that Gist here in your reply.
This will let me take a look at the full, complete file and try to recommend a solution that will help it not be broken.
2. Next, can you please describe what the goal of your custom coding is? What change are you trying to make with your custom code?
Thanks,
GeorgeGeorge

ParticipantIndeed! I highly recommend posting your ideas to that UserVoice page — we refer to it often and it’s a great way to have your ideas considered by the development team.
Cheers!

ParticipantI can still help, for sure, Alexander.
Just to make sure we’re absolutely on the same page, I’m wondering if you can help clarify your goals as follows?
Here are all of the orders you have:
- A. An Events Calendar Pro Personal License — Bought January 11
- B. A Community Events Personal License — Bought January 17
- C. A Community Events Personal License Renewal — Bought January 17 — REFUNDED
- D. An Events Calendar Pro Personal License Renewal — Bought January 20
- E. Another Community Events Personal License — Bought January 20
Item C in that list was already refunded. What specific items do you want to have refunded in addition to that? Please specify them by letter, so if you want Item D and E refunded, mention those as “Item D and Item E” so that I refunded the exact things you are trying to refund.
Thanks!

ParticipantThank you for adding your site here, @liblogger. We’re still working on these issues but are hoping to have a fix published next time next week, if all goes to plan.
I’m really sorry for the trouble here, but we’re getting closer on fixing this!
Stay tuned folks, and thanks a ton for your continued patience!
Sincerely,
GeorgeJanuary 20, 2017 at 10:47 am in reply to: Awful update – no way to input correct event times, not on the hour or half hour #1221620George
ParticipantThat is great feedback and I agree we could make this more clear—I will mention this to our team and see what we can implement to help make folks more aware of this.
I’ll close this thread for now, but feel free to open a new thread any time if other issues or questions arise!
Cheers,

ParticipantSure thing, Jeff—thanks for reaching out! I’ve refunded the second of those two payments and you should see those funds back in your account within a few business days.
Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with!

ParticipantThanks for the update, @Riza!
It may have taken a while for the recurring instances to appear especially if it was a long or complicated recurrence pattern.
I’ll close this thread for now, but please feel free to open a new thread any time if other issues or questions arise.
Cheers!
GeorgeJanuary 19, 2017 at 7:39 pm in reply to: Need a staging license for getflywheel hosted site #1221296George
ParticipantHey Robert,
Our dev license system unfortunately doesn’t cover subdomains yet, though we are working on this so that folks with staging sites through Flywheel, WP Engine, and other popular sites can use our licenses with the same dev rules as other types of dev sites elaborated upon here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-for-your-live-and-dev-sites/
However, please note that you do not need a license on your dev site at all. The license key does not affect the actual functionality of the plugin in any way—it simply registers a domain name for support and for auto-updates.
So you should be able to use the plugin without a license key fine on the dev site. We’re working on license support for subdomain dev sites, but for now you can just do manual updates and use the plugins unlicensed without issue.
I hope this helps!
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Tony,
Thanks for reaching out!
The licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
I hope this helps!
