ParticipantHey Wade, thanks for reaching out!
1. I am interested in both Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus. Are there any packages or bundles to purchase these?
Sort-of: The only bundles that we offer are listed at http://theeventscalendar.com/bundles. There’s not a bundle that’s specifically Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus, but there are bundles that include both plugins.
2. Is there a way to limit the number of tickets purchase to 1?
If you mean 1 ticket per person, this is not something that can be specified from within our plugins.
If you mean, however, that literally only 1 ticket is available for a given event, then yes, you can just set the ticket “quantity” to 1 and that will mean only 1 ticket exists to be purchased for the event.
3. I noticed that with the free Events Calendar, I was not really able to customize the design of the product page. With the Events Calendar Pro do I have the ability to customize this?
There are some customization options with both plugins built into the WordPress Customizer. For a complete look at these options, check out this guide here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-customizer/
↑ If you’re hoping for any sort of customization feature that is not explicitly mentioned in this guide, it does not exist within our plugins. You can make custom page templates, you can write extensive custom coding, you can write custom CSS—but these are all, well, custom coding, which we are not able to help with even for folks with premium licenses (read more here).
I hope this information helps! Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

ParticipantHey Martin,
Thanks for reaching out!
If you’re asking if you can have an event literally “stick” at the very top of the grid of event items in the Photo View, then at this time this is unfortunately not possible. 🙁
Is this what you mean? Let me know if so! 😀

ParticipantHey David,
Thanks for reaching out.
I’m sorry for my misunderstanding here, but am not certain which page template you mean when you say, “for page Category events”. Can you share a link to a real example of this page on your website? I will take a look and try to recommend a specific thing from there.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey @Ventrice,
I’m really to sorry to hear about this!
I cannot recreate this problem.
1. What version of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro did you upgrade from? Were you using version 3.11 of Events Calendar Pro, for example, then updated straight to 4.4?
2. If you create a NEW test event with the rules you want to happen—”30PM on some dates, 1:00PM, 12:00PM, etc, on others”—do these rules get generated correctly? Are there any issues here, or are there only issues with pre-existing events that you set up before you updated The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro to 4.4?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi David,
Thanks for reaching out.
The only way to ensure that folks can add and edit sites to an event is to do the following things:
• Go to Events → Settings → Community in your wp-admin and limit the ability to submit events to only those folks with wp-admin user accounts.
• Turn on User Registration within WordPress itself so folks can make accounts on your site. Here’s a good guide on how to do that → http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-allow-user-registration-on-your-wordpress-site/
• This way, folks can edit the events they submit. There is not another method for this that our plugins provide, nor are we able to help with customizing these features or adding extra features. Learn more about this here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
Once you do the following things, then for anyone to submit an event they will have to be logged in and would have to use the password to get past that page.
If you just want a password-protected page, but do not want people to have to have user accounts, this is unfortunately not possible at this time.
Please let me know if this helps and if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with!

ParticipantHi Rox,
Thanks for reaching out. When you say, “does it work with google calendar”, what is the “it” you’re referring to? Are you referring to The Events Calendar, for example? To Event Aggregator? Which plugin of ours?
Next, can you clarify what you mean by “working with google calendar”? Are you asking if you can export events from The Events Calendar to Google Calendar, for example? Or are you asking if you can import events from Google Calendar? Let us know what you mean.
As for your theme, I have not heard of that specific theme and we do not have a specific list of themes our plugins are compatible with. We only guarantee and provide support for themes that comply with official WordPress Coding Standards—if the theme you mentions comes from a marketplace like ThemeForest, or is sold from a website other than wordpress.org, it may deviate from WordPress Coding Standards and thus may have problems with plugins like our own.
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantHey @JOSE,
Thanks for reaching out.
We are well aware of the fatal error with The Events Calendar 4.4.0.1 and are working hard on a fix that should be published this week—stay tuned to http://theeventscalendar.com/blog for news about this, and to updates within your own wp-admin.
As for issues about Facebook Events, this is a separate issue—since this thread here is about the 4.4.0.1 fatals, can you please open a new thread on these forums about your Facebook Events issues? Please include your “System Information” as described here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks!

ParticipantSure thing Gaidi, please head to this page to file a refund request and we’ll get that processed right away → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
Just to clarify, you say, “nothing is working.” This is NOT normal and Event Aggregator is working well for thousands of customers, so there is something unique and specific to your site that is failing to function here.
I am sorry about this fact and that we could not investigate more towards a resolution, but totally understand your decision to move on and request a refund—use the form linked above and, as noted, we’ll process a refund right away!
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey @Aaron,
Thanks for sharing this. Can you clarify why your wp-admin looks like it does in your screenshot? This is non-standard version of the wp-admin, and so you must have a theme or plugin on your site that is making the admin look that way.
Please do the following things:
1. Temporarily deactivate every single plugin on your site except for only The Events Calendar.
2. Activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Seventeen.
↑ In this exact state, how do things look and behave? If still broken, share another screenshot of what you see like you did above.
Thanks for your patience here!

ParticipantShould I change a setting or something that requires them to sign up as a user and try that?
This may indeed be a useful test — you can find the option for this by heading to Events → Settings → Community in your wp-admin.
Let me know what you find by doing this!
Thanks for your patience and persistence.
Sincerely,

January 25, 2017 at 11:11 am in reply to: Editing recurring event makes organiser and venue disappear #1223850George
ParticipantThanks for confirming this, Lucy!
I have tried to replicate this problem a number of times to no avail.
You mention that this issue only happens with “Some events” on your site—can you identify one specific event on which this issue always happens?
If so, once you have this event, please do the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, go back to the edit screen of that specific event and edit it, then check the organizer and venue on it and see if the issue happens again.
Does anything improve anywhere along the way if you do these steps?
This process will help reveal if there’s a plugin or theme conflict on your site, which may be the case here because we cannot recreate this.
Thanks for your patience and persistence here! Let us know what you find.
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantThanks for reaching out, Lynn!
For questions 1–3 of yours, there is unfortunately no “option” or little checkbox or anything that you can use to make these sorts of changes—each of them would require writing custom CSS, which is something you would have to do on your own. We cannot help with writing custom CSS, even for folks with premium licenses (learn more about that here).
For question 4 of yours, yes! Events Calendar Pro offers a number of shortcodes that let you embed whole calendar views, single events, or specific event widgets anywhere shortcodes can be parsed on your site.
You can see all specific available shortcodes by checking out the “Shortcodes” category of our Knowledgebase here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase-tag/shortcodes/
Cheers!
