ParticipantHi Matt!
Thanks for reaching out and for your patience over the weekend!
We do not make any “breadcrumbs” features in our plugins, so those breadcrumbs are coming from either another plugin or from your theme.
So your best bet is to contact the theme author or plugin author who makes those breadcrumbs and ask for some assistance on fixing their alignment or other styles.
If you want to just hide the breadcrumbs on single event pages altogether, I can help write custom CSS to do that. Are you interested in doing that at all?

ParticipantHey Rob!
Thanks for reaching out, and for your patience over the weekend.
You say this:
When I hover over event that has passed I donβt see the Attendee option anymore
I apologize for my misunderstanding here, but am not quite sure what you’re referring to.
Can you share a screenshot of when you “hover over an event”, and indicate where you’re expecting to see the “Attendee” option?
You can do so by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
Thank you!

ParticipantHey @Iain!
Thanks for reaching out, and for your patience over the weekend.
There’s unfortunately no per-ticket-type coupon functionality at this time. π
WooCommerce’s built-in Coupon features are the only way to have coupons β https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/
I hope that helps! Please let me know if so, and if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Ryan,
If the comments are not showing up on the front-end of your site, then they will only be visible in your admin.
And so the only folks they’ll be visible to are folks with user accounts on your site of the user level “Author” or higher.
Does this help at all?

February 6, 2017 at 7:15 pm in reply to: Event Tickets Plus 4.4.1 breaks WooCommerce Deposits plugin #1230296George
ParticipantHey @Alicia,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m really sorry to hear about this conflict β I can’t identify a specific change in the 4.3 β 4.4 update cycle that might be responsible here, but would be happy to take a closer look at this.
To help me do so, can you share a .zip file of your copy of the “WooCommerce Deposits β Partial Payments” plugin? You can upload that zip to a site like Google Drive, DropBox, CloudUp, etc; then just share the public download link in your reply, but make sure you check the “set as private reply” option so that only you and I see the download link. π
I’ll if we can test with that code directly and try to identify a problem. I will be honest and say that this will unfortunately probably take a bit of time for us to investigate β a couple of days, perhaps β but we will try to figure out what’s happening here!
Thanks,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey @Luke,
Thanks for reaching out, and for your patience over the weekend! Sorry to hear about these problems.
I don;’t have any of these issues on my own testing site, so I took a look at the System Information you provided to see if I could spot anything potentially-problematic there.
One thing I noticed is that you’re using some out-of-date versions of our software. This could definitely be a factor in your issues here, so the first thing I would recommend doing is to upgrade all Events Calendar plugins on your site.
Specifically, these plugins are out-of-date on your site:
β’ Advanced Post Manager
β’ Event Tickets
β’ Event Tickets Plus
β’ Events Calendar Pro
β’Β The Events CalendarβοΈ Head to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads to find the latest version of each plugin. Then update to that version on your site until all plugins listed above are up-to-date. (Note: Advanced Post Manager won’t be listed there, but you can find its latest versionβversion 4.4βfor download here.)
Once everything is up to date, have another look at these issues. How do things behave?

ParticipantHey Alexander,
Thanks for your patience over the weekend!
I cannot recreate any such issues, so I am curious about two things:
1. You mention getting a 502 error. Is there any other text that displays with this error message? If there’s other text, please copy the full text of the error code and paste that here. You can also just share a screenshot of the issue, which you can do by uploading images to this thread. (If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.)
2. Next, I’m curious what you find if you the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, check back on your issues and see if you have the same exact behavior: does the [tribe_events_list] shortcode start working anywhere along the way in the process of doing these steps?
Thanks!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantYes! You need either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.
WooCommerce is the most popular, but both are excellent options.
Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

ParticipantHey Jack,
Thanks for reaching out.
Does anything change if you try a slug that does not have hyphens in it? Like /calendar/, for example, or even just /testing/?
After you change the calendar URL slug, be sure to do these steps:
β’ Head to Settings β Permalinks in your wp-admin
β’ Click “Save changes” without actually changing anythingβοΈ These steps may seem weird to do but they should help to refresh permalinks on your site, which may help.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Christian,
Thanks for reaching out.
You have described your current set-up and configuration, which sounds cool. Is there a specific question you have related to this configuration on your site?
If so, let me know! Sorry for my misunderstanding here if you’ve asked the question and I just misinterpreted it π
Cheers,

ParticipantHey Nigel,
Thanks for reaching out!
1) So we would want customers to be able to filter the calendar by location. Is that Possible?
YES β This is possible by default with Events Calendar Pro. See it in action on our official Demo Site here: http://wpshindig.com/events You should see a “Near:” section of the filters in the top horiztonal bar hereβthat’s the location filtering available with Events Calendar Pro.
2) We want to be able for customers to click on the specific class on the specific date β and when they click the class β a pop up will appear displaying a flyer/brochure. Is this supported?
SORT OF β The “Month View” of our events calendars do have tooltips that show event details upon mouseover. You can see that in action in the “Month View” of our demo site here: http://wpshindig.com/events/month/ Just mouse over an event title, and details should pop up in a little tooltip.
β There is no “pop up” or tooltip feature in our plugins other than this.
I hope this information helps! Please let me know if so, and if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with. π

ParticipantHey Misha,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our plugins! π I’ll address of your points in turn as follows.
β User submitted registration β Anyone who wants to host and event to easily create a user account to submit events.
SORT OF β This is possible with our Community Tickets add-on. Please note that the Community Tickets add-on is an advanced plugin, and requires the installation of several other add-ons. So to run Community Tickets, you need to have all of these plugins installed at minimum: The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, Community Events, and WooCommerce.
β RSVPs β Allows RSVPs that collect names and emails, and provides auto-email confirmations and notifications to people who RSVPed.
YES β Our free plugin, Event Tickets, does this out of the box. π The only thing it doesn’t really have is a “notifications” feature β it’ll send a “You’ve RSVPed for X Event” type email upon the person’s RSVPing for the event, but not any subsequent emails from there.
β User managed bookings β Allows users to login and see the status of their event bookings. (ideally to also email them as well)
YES β With Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, there is an option in their settings that lets you require folks to be logged into an account on your site to buy tickets or make RSVPs. If you have this option checked, then folks will be required to be logged into your site to buy tickets or make RSVPs, but they will also be able to go to any event and see their tickets or RSVPs for it and even adjust their information for the event.
β Custom fields for events β can create additional custom fields that will show up in every event.
YES β This is called the “Attendee Information” feature within Event Tickets Plus. Learn more about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
β Hides street address β Has a method to display city and state only on the public events page.
SORT OF β Our plugins don’t provide this feature out-of-the-box, but you could certainly write some custom CSS code on your site to hide any location details for venues you’d like.
β Notifications to hosts of events β Sends auto-email to hosts when someone has RSVPed to their event.
NO β There is not any built-in functionality for this within our plugins. You can add some custom code snippets to your site that will CC the website admin for any RSVP or ticket email, but that is about it here, unfortunately. π
β Export β ability to export event attendees to all events or to a selected event as a spreadsheet.
YES β You can export Attendees from an event’s Attendees Report as a CSV, you can Email the list, or you can Print the list.
I hope all this information helps you move forward with your decision here! π Please note that we also have a thirty-day, no-questions-asked refund policy that you can read about here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
βοΈ This refund policy serves as sort of a “trial” period. So feel free to buy our plugins and try them out firsthand to get a feel for things. If you don’t like them or they just don’t fit the needs of your project well, then within those first thirty days from the date you purchase the products, simply head to the page above (this page) and request a refund and we’ll refund your license in full.
Cheers!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Zack,
Thanks for reaching out.
There’s unfortunately no way to sort of “bulk import” a list of Facebook pages/events or Meetup pages from which Event Aggregator can automatically set up imports; they have to be entered manually. π
Sorry to disappoint! Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHi Martin,
Thanks for reaching out.
The [tribe_events] shortcode views unfortunately do not support the Filter Bar filters yet. π This is something we’re working on, but it will unfortunately probably be several more plugin releases until support for the Filter Bar filters in the [tribe_events] shortcode arrives.
Sorry to disappoint! Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantI’m really sorry to hear this, John. This is a known bug that our developers are working hard on fixing!
The good news is that a fix should be arriving this week or next week. I will mark this thread “Pending Fix” for now, which means it’ll be updated with news about the bug fix when it is finally available.
I’m sorry for the trouble, John! Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with in the meantime.
Sincerely,
George -
