ParticipantJust purchased EC PRO. Installed, created events. I can see events individually fine, I can click on an event category and see the events fine, but when I put in the most basic shortcode [tribe_events_list] and I get the 502 error. If I use the mini calendar shortcode, it works fine. Any help would be appreciated!

ParticipantStill need some help figuring out why shortcode lists break my pages and give a 502 error, but shortcode calendar view works just fine. Please help!

ParticipantHey Alexander,
Thanks for your patience over the weekend!
I cannot recreate any such issues, so I am curious about two things:
1. You mention getting a 502 error. Is there any other text that displays with this error message? If there’s other text, please copy the full text of the error code and paste that here. You can also just share a screenshot of the issue, which you can do by uploading images to this thread. (If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.)
2. Next, I’m curious what you find if you the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, check back on your issues and see if you have the same exact behavior: does the [tribe_events_list] shortcode start working anywhere along the way in the process of doing these steps?
Thanks!

ParticipantThank you for the reply George, going through the steps, I was able to find a conflict with one plugin, thankfully it’s not a critical plugin so I have disabled it and all is well now!

ParticipantExcellent news, Alexander—glad to hear it.
Out of curiosity, what was the conflicting plugin?

ParticipantThanks for sharing that, Alexander. I’ve noted this conflict for future reference and we will keep an eye on this if other folks report similar conflicts.
For now, best of luck with your project! Open a new thread any time if other issues or questions arise.
Cheers,
