    Hey Gail,

    There is unfortunately no online demo. 🙁 As for your questions, though, I appreciate your added specification here.

    YES, you can set this up automatically and have it work fine: ” So if I have an event/class that occurs every, Tuesday, Thursday and Sat each week, every month.”

    All I’m saying is that to make an exception, you have to manually make the exception event. You do NOT have to manually recreate the whole recurring series.

    So let’s say you have a series happening every, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday each week for the next eighteen months. You can set this up fine, and each event will generate automatically.

    Now let’s say that one week, you are having the class on Monday instead of Tuesday. What you would do is “split off” the single event that Tuesday from the rest of the series; and then delete just this Tuesday event. All other events will remain intact. Then you create an event on Monday with the same title, description, etc., and direct users here to sign up for the class (and probably announce the change on your blog or twitter or something, etc.)

    This functionality is the best currently-available way to do this. I’m sorry that there’s not something better, and that there is no demo version to test this. On this note, however, I would like to mention that many folks use our thirty-day no-questions-asked Refund Policy to basically simulate a “trial period.” You get thirty days to play around with the plugin, and then any time along the way within that period you can get a refund in full by following these steps → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/

    I hope this all helps!

    Hey @saha,

    I did NOT mark this thread resolved, and unless the thread is “Closed” you can still post here regardless.

    As for the thread updates, our thread response times are one reply in 24 hours during the workweek. I got to your thread this weekend in an effort to assist more quickly—thank you for being patient here.

    I have not been able to recreate your issues and so I am roping in another developer for assistance here. Stay tuned while we investigate your issues—sorry for the trouble here!

    Sincerely,
    George

    Hi there, the other thread was NOT marked resolved by a member of our team. It looks like you accidentally marked one of the replies as a “Correct answer” which triggered the marking of it as resolved.

    That thread is still open, though, so I will close thread to keep things organized. We can continue the conversation here → https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/tickets-available-keep-resetting-to-zero/

    Thank you!

    Thank you for providing this information!

    There are few things I noticed that could be problematic, but the first and most important thing to check first would be your events slug URLs.

    What I mean is, for example, your slugs are just “events” and “event”. However, on your site you have your site on a subdirecoty, so that instead of http://jacks-photography.de/events and http://jacks-photography.de/event/, the URLs are http://jacks-photography.de/pets/events/ and http://jacks-photography.de/pets/event/

    At this time, The Events Calendar Event URLs will not work on a sub-directory like this, unfortunately.

    So, if you can ensure the URLs are not /pets/events and /pets/event, but just /events/ and /event/, that should make a difference with your issues here.

    I’m sorry about this fact! Let me know if this is change you can make.

    Sincerely,
    George

    Hey @Oystein,

    Thank you for your patience with our delayed response over the weekend—I wanted to update you that I am investigating this firsthand with another developer on our team. I will post an update soon—stay tuned!

    Thank you,

    To the best of my knowledge, @stagetech, there is no way to pull that off. 🙁 I’m sorry about this, but will take a deeper dive into the code here to just how possible this is! I will rope in a more skilled developer to assist me, too.

    Stay tuned—and thank you for your patience!

    I’m surprised by that solution, but there could indeed be a bug with Filter Bar on the page. I don’t see it at this time—can you share your full system information with us? Here’s how → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    Hey Jonathan,

    Glad to hear there’s been some progress here. You’ll have to take the reins on further refinement from here—check out the tools I referenced above to make the process a bit easier. The View More link, for example, should be fixable with CSS like this:

    p.tribe-events-widget-link {
    padding: 5px 10px !important;
    }

    To help with getting the code to apply on desktop, more specificity might do the trick:

    .tribe-events-adv-list-widget .tribe-mini-calendar-event {
    padding-left: 10px !important;
    padding-right: 10px !important;
    }

    .tribe-events-adv-list-widget p.tribe-events-widget-link {
    padding: 5px 10px !important;
    }

    If that still doesn’t help, you may need to tinker more and may need to contact your theme developer because it would be their CSS that’s preventing a standard override.

    As for the day names on the mobile calendar, I’m so sorry for the trouble here—this is a bug we are racing to fix and are hoping to publish an update soon to address this and some other bugs. Sit tight! I will keep this thread updated when that fix is ready.

    Thank you,
    George

    Hi folks,

    I’m sorry to hear about all of these issues. As noted I cannot recreate the problem, so I’m not certain if there’s bug proper here.

    @Robert, can you post your System Information in this thread? I will investigate that and see if I can spot anything troublesome.

    Thank you!

    Thank you @Alpay!

    I could not see a broken FlexSlider on your homepage—can you share a link to a page that has broken FlexSlider literally on the page itself? I will look at the broken slider firsthand and try to see what the issue is.

    Thank you!
    George
