When creating an event and setting up the tickets the system works correctly. However, when I go to update the tickets from the event admin edit page the system incorrectly updates the price and the stock values to 0. Which then has the ticket cost as Free.
The following screenshots show the state of the defect at each step.

I’m really sorry to report this, but this is actually a known bug we introduced in our last release and are working hard to fix.
I’m sorry about this!
Stay tuned to this thread; I will post when there is news regarding the fix and the update in which it will be delivered.
Thank you,

GeorgeMarch 30, 2016 at 9:38 am #1095977Neil HoganParticipantRather than post new, I thought I would add here as my problem is so similar. If I change the number of tickets available (add or remove) the ticket value changes to FREE! Even if I change the values they stay as FREE! on the other pages… I also have some strange values in the sale price box That I cant remove. Causing a MAJOR headache for an event this weekend. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out. Can you actually post this in a separate thread? Your problems may be different in their origin and a specific thread will help us keep things organized and better address your specific issues.
When opening that new thread, can you include your “System Information” as well? Here’s how → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks,

We wanted to follow-up to let you know that we were able to patch this up in Event Tickets Plus 4.2.2, which is now available to download and install if you haven’t done so already.
Please do be sure to check out our release notes for a full overview of what’s new in the release and feel free to let us know if you run into this or any other issues after the update.
