We have only just upgraded and I did post this in another thread but for some reason it is listed as resolved so starting another thread here. Upon purchase tickets are showing up in the attendee list and in the attendee export report even though they have yet to be completed in Woocommerce. This also applies to orders that are on hold. Is this the new way of doing things or is this a bug?
Ticket emails are not being sent to the customer until the order is completed. I tested this as instructed by George from your support.
We have checked for plugin conflicts.
The other weird thing is that ticket emails are being sent out but they are blank. Even more strange is that these emails are sometimes going to people who haven’t even purchased tickets! Is this another bug?
I’d really like to hear back from you particularly on the email issue as we are a charity and people get very suspicious about digital weirdness from charities.
