MemberGood evening Bart and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about this bug.
I would love to help you with this topic.I did a bit of research but was not able to find that specific bug being reported before.
Would you happen to already have a link for that ?If this is your first time reporting it, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Anu and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. You had mentioned that Event Ticket plus does not support recurring events. In that case, can I create a course that will be conducted every month and sell tickets for a particular month at one time on the website?
You can totally sell tickets for an event that is conducted every month, week or day.
The only thing is that, for now, you will not be able to use this alongside the Events Calendar Pro’s recurring events feature: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/In other words, as long as you are creating your recurring events manually (and not with the “automatic” the Events Calendar Pro feature), things will run smoothly.
Also please share any sample sites where Event ticket plus is used for course bookings.
We would absolutely love to share sample sites. Alas, we have to respect our customers’ privacy (unless they willingly give us permission to share their site).
As an alternative, we would be happy to help you set things up so that you can test it out for yourself.
You can do that risk-free since you can get a refund as long as you are within 30 days of your purchase. To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Paul and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. The good news is that there are a couple of ways to go about this:
- Just use a venue-specific URL e.g.: [your-site]/venue/[name-of-the-venue-slug]
- Get your hand on a copy of the Events Calendar Pro and add the Venue Widget (and it’s shortcode):
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening @Huzza and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thanks so much for getting in touch!
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for our free the Events Calendar users here in our pre-sales forum.
But, the good news is that you are still welcome to consult this forum and all our premium forums to your liking and browse it for solutions, snippets and tutorials.
We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
- On the WordPress.org support forum for the Events Calendar.
- If you’re a current premium license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product.
With that in mind, there are a couple of things worth trying before contacting us there:
- Make sure you have no “real page” that has the http://edvisoracademy.com.au/events/ slug. The calendar, even though it is not a “real page” needs exclusivity over that slug. You can also change that slug under Events -> Settings -> General.
- Try different settings for Events Template under Events -> Settings -> Display
- Re-save your permalinks
If none of that works, there might be some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows you to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Jacqui and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the “free” span no longer displaying correctly on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, would it be possible to see a live URL example of this on your website ? (perhaps using a private reply for temporary front-end credentials)
Finally could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme and child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.

November 6, 2017 at 9:50 am in reply to: can I upgrade later from Personal to Business (3 websites) account? #1376286Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Kay and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. Is it possible to upgrade my account later on?
Absolutely. You will only pay the difference between the 2 licenses.
Once I had the business account for 3 websites, can I change what websites I use them on over time?
Yes, you can do that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening David and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have encountered with your tickets so far.
I would love to help you with this topic. The title of Events shows under the calendar event but nothing shows under it.
This is typically caused by the fact that you have added a start sale date.
To make a long story short, the tickets will not show up until the start sale date is met.You can simply remove the start sale date to fix this issue.
The product of the event has been added within Woocommerce, but the additional fields we need an attendee to complete and entered within the Events Tickets Plus section are not showing on the Woo product.
The primary reason the ETP was purchased was to gather the required infornation from attendees. I’m sure I am missing something and would appreciate a little advice please?.The code to capture additional attendee fields is not part of the WooCommerce product itself.
In other words, it will not work with the standalone WooCommerce ticket product. But, the good news is that it will work perfectly when tickets are used within events, pages and posts, as long as you are using Event Tickets Plus interface to do so.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Renaud,
As promised, I ran several tests using Polylang Pro version 2.2.3.
I was able to reproduce the issue on my end as well. So in short, for the moment it sounds like Polylang does not support recurring events.
At least not at the current time.
I would recommend reaching out to the author of the plugin to see what they can do about this.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Claes,
The personal license is enough for 1 website.
If you want to install Community Events on up to 3 websites, you will then require the business license.Best regards,
