Changing image size of single events page

Hi,

I wanted to change the featured image size to full in single events. In my child theme folder I created a folder called “tribe-events” and copied the single-events.php file to it and change the code of the featured image to full. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but it just doesn’t work.

What do I need to do different to change the featured image size?

The good news is that it sounds like you are on the right track to achieve your goal.
We just need to find out what’s missing.

Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme and child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

Hi Geoff,

Just after your response I got an idea. I remembered that the theme I’m using (Enfold) is supporting The Events Calendar. So I checked the main theme folder and found a folder with customized files especially for The Events Calendar. One of those files was single-event.php, so I changed the featured image in there and now it works 🙂
