MemberGood afternoon Rachel,
Thank you for the clarifications.
So basically, you would need the WooCommerce ticket products to “expire” after a certain date with the setup that you have.
I don’t know of a way to do that completely automatically, but you might want to hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Other than that, there are a couple of semi-manual ways to make a product expire. Check out the following links:
- https://wpovernight.com/downloads/woocommerce-expiring-products/
- https://wisdmlabs.com/woocommerce-scheduler-plugin-for-product-availability/
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberHey,
I’m sorry to hear that the disabling plugins did not work out for you.
wp_agna seems to be your WordPress database table prefix (you can look that up in the wp-config.php file of your website).
Have you also tried reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty fifteen ?
The other thing I would need to help you is your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

MemberGood evening Venkates and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products. We are sorry to hear that the events are not showing up properly for you.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. The first thing I would attempt is to make sure you have different slugs set for Events URL slug and Single event URL slug (they cannot be the same)
Could you also please go through our complete testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Nikolas and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.is there any way we can shop the pro version for one page and then use it to set up the web page in one hidden site and then also use it in the public site when the example page is done?
If I understand what you are trying to do, you want to be able to setup your test website first without having to pay for a separate license just for that. Can you confirm ?
If that’s the case, the good news is that you can do just that. I recommend reading the following article on that topic: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-for-your-live-and-dev-sites/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Mark and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Does WooCommerce now support recurring tickets?
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but currently, recurring events only support 1 ticket for the complete duration of the recurrence, not per recurring event.
The good news is that we have started working on that very feature! Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!
In the meantime, you could gain some time by using the following plugin if you haven’t already: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. That is a very interesting idea.
The short answer is yes, you should be able to display stocks in a visual manner provided you have the correct customization for it.
The closest thing I have seen to this is this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-stock-manager/ (which at least shows different colors).
Other than that, you would have to hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

MemberGood evening Nicolas and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us. And for running many tests.
We are sorry to hear about the errors you have been getting while trying to import ics files and links.
I would love to help you with this topic.Where is the JS console so that i can get some more information or what is my next step from here.
You can get more information by using Google Chrome’s web inspector (that includes the JS console): https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/?hl=en
The somewhat good news is that I was able to import the .ics file (one-time) without getting an error message on my basic installation.
Could you provide me with the URL you are trying to import from as well?
Finally, it is possible that there is a conflict at play.
Could you please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.

I would love to help you with this topic. However, based on your last comment, I am unsure if you still have an issue or not ? Can you confirm ?
In any case, if you still indeed have an issue, could you share a screenshot with us so that I can see what you see ?

I would love to help you with this topic. Is there a way to add code that will auto remove passed events from showing up in the Woo Commerce store?
By default, the product ticket visibility is set to hidden, so in theory it should not show up in your Woo Commerce store (https://integrativewellnessacademy.com/shop/). Unless you are talking about a different page ?
Unless you are interested in removing the ticket products completely from WooCommerce once the event is passed ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Jürgen,
Thank you for the requested folder.
I checked it thoroughly and everything looks great. This leaves us with 2 possible causes:
- Some users have reported that the https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-the-ticket-form/ does not work properly with WordPress 4.5 under certain conditions.
This might be your case. At any rate, we are working on making the snippet more thoroughly compatible with WordPress 4.5. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
- It is possible that one of your other plugin might be conflicting. In which case you would need to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

MemberGood evening Daniel,
I’m glad that you found the cause of the issue.
Sometimes customizations can require tweaking after plugins updates.
In your specific case, I believe the code to update these lines can be found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-the-ticket-form/
As for the default quantity, you can draw inspiration from the following links:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/handling-ticket-quantities/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Melissa,
I’m super glad that it seems to be working for you!
I’m not sure what happened either, but you might be on to something. Sometimes re-saving certain settings does the trick.
Is there anything else I can help you with on this topic ?
Have a great day!
