MemberGood evening Ron and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. There are a couple of things you can do about this.
First, if you have not already done so, could you try playing around with the “Events Template” setting found under Events -> Settings -> Display and see if that helps with the display ?
How can I insert the full calendar into a custom page I have created instead of using the default theme style that ECP picks up?
Up until now, the only way to do that was to create a custom page template via some template customizations. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
But the good news is that we are just about to release a shortcode allowing to embed the full calendar in any page of your choice. This should be part of version 4.3 of our Pro plugin (which is scheduled for release at the beginning of October).
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Mark,
Thank you for writing back.
To be honest, I am very surprised that WooCommerce is the culprit in this case.Full disclosure, that also allowed me to realize you were trying to edit the quantity of RSVP tickets.
Based on that, I ran some additional tests and I realized that you are absolutely right. This is a bug.I have opened a ticket for this to be fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point. But you will be contacted as soon as there is one or a workaround available.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and hang in there as we fix this.
Best regards,

MemberGood afternoon James,
I have opened an internal feature proposal ticket for this, but there is no public / open enhancement request available at this point.
This is why I am suggesting you open one on our User Voice channel, it has a better chance of gaining traction that way than being just an internal ticket.I will have to get back to you on where the API limitation sits as I am not the programmer involved on this project.
Thank you for your awesome engagement.
More on that tomorrow.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Neil,
Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry to hear that the ticket is not available on your page after the update.
I tried to reproduce the issue on my end, but I was unfortunately not able to.There are a couple of things worth checking:
- Can you go to Events > Settings > Tickets and make sure that the “Page” checkbox is still checked ?
- Can you try “editing the ticket” and re-saving it ?
- Does a brand new ticket work on that page ?
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
Geoff B.Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon James,
That is a great suggestion.
I will open up a ticket for that feature request. It is too bad that there is an API limitation preventing us from providing you with the choice to display the ticket form in spite of the privacy setting.
I can totally see how some people who are in the same position as you are would benefit from that.In fact, you can suggest it or cast your vote on other features in our User Voice forum. The more votes a feature request gets, the faster it gets prioritized.
I would also recommend bringing up your use case to the good folks at Eventbrite. Perhaps making an event simply not searchable instead of Private would do the trick ?
Is there anything else I can help you with on this topic ?
Best regards,

MemberGood morning Boxchilli,
Thank you for writing back.
Actually, this does not look like a matter of theme settings. The issue is that your theme is “taking over” how the “Add to cart” box works everywhere on the site.
By doing so, it overrides our plugin’s “add to cart” code and as such prevents the fields to capture the additional attendee info from being displayed.I did take a deeper look at your theme files to check if I did not see anything obvious.
Unfortunately, provided the complexity of theme, I came up empty handed. My best recommendation at this point would be to contact the theme author to inquire about a way to dequeue their Add to cart customization on single-event pages.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

MemberGood morning Gilbert,
Thank you for writing back.
Here is the manual workaround: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/wpml-recurring-events-3/#post-1142644
I also found the following plugin which could help (but it’s untested): https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/solution-for-wpml-events-calendar-pro-recurring-events-compatibility/#post-944883
In both cases, I really recommend making a full backup of the database first.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Dong,
Thank you for writing back.
once customer book ticket, we can not received any email for notification.
You mean that the site admins are not receiving any notifications, but the customer and organizers are ? Can you confirm ?
i don’t know why ticket page is some wrong. How should i fix this.
This looks like it might be stemming from your WordPress theme CSS rules.
I would recommend trying different settings under Events -> Settings -> Display under Basic template settings.Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Mitch,
Thank you for writing back and for the files.
This is indeed very odd and I can’t seem to be able to reproduce it on my end, even with your theme installed.
I would like to ask for a second opinion from a colleague on this.
Hang tight as I do that.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
