MemberGood evening Dong and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about
I would love to help you with this topic.Your best call would be to use Event Tickets Plus if you want advanced control on email notifications (both to website owner and client).
With Event Tickets free, there is no built-in feature where the site owner receives an email.
But some of our customers have had success using the following third-party plugin to help: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bnfw/Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Dong Lin,
Thank you for writing back.
Yes, Event Tickets Plus offers full email notification to the website owner.
In fact, you can tweak any notification to add as many people to it.Once you buy that plugin, you will have access to our premium support forum where we can help you out with the install if you need us to.
But as a starting point, I would recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
Let me know if you have any additional questions on this topic.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Dong,
As an alternative, you could also try the following snippet to send notifications while using RSVP tickets: tribe-snippet-email-organizer
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Dong Lin,
Thank you for writing back.
You can simply upload these files directly in your plugins folder (as a separate entity from the Events Calendar).
Exactly the same way you would treat any new plugin. You can do that by:
- Using a FTP client (drop the file in /wp-content/plugins/)
- Use the “Add new plugin” button and upload the .zip file
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Dong,
Thank you for writing back.
once customer book ticket, we can not received any email for notification.
You mean that the site admins are not receiving any notifications, but the customer and organizers are ? Can you confirm ?

This looks like it might be stemming from your WordPress theme CSS rules.
I would recommend trying different settings under Events -> Settings -> Display under Basic template settings.Let me know how that goes.
