Have a website built in WordPress, with Divi and WooCommerce and Yoast SEO.

The site has multiple pages, all of which open fine and normal in the admin area as per the ‘Hedging’ page in my screenshot – where you can see the Tickets module above the Yoast SEO module above the first Divi module of content. Both the Tickets and Yoast SEO modules open as expected when the downward pointing arrow is clicked on.

However the one page which actually utilises the Tickets module – titled ‘Buy Tickets’ – has the Tickets module, but it does not open and the Yoast SEO and Content in Divi modules is nowhere to be found??

Wondering if you can shed any light on this or offer any suggestions to get it back to normal?

    Thanks

Hi, i had the same problem and i solved it by installing and activating the plugin Events Calendar (i was only using Event Tickets Plus).
This thread with a similar issue (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/woocommerce-product-page-not-showing-product-description-product-data-section) led me to that solution.

However it doesn’t explain the origin of the problem, and I don’t really like to install and activate a (quite important) plugin, just to make another plugin run properly.

    Thank you Clement

I installed the Calendar plug-in and my missing modules for the Tickets, Yoast and the page content all reappeared. If I Dactivate the Calendar plug-in, they disappear again.

Not ideal as you say, as the Calendar was not required, but at least its a workaround fix.

    Many thanks
    Neil

Good morning Neil and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience this bug has created.

Clement is absolutely right on all counts (the workaround and the fact that it’s far from being a great solution, even if it works). Thank you for chiming in Clement.

This is one of our top priority bugs to fix at this point. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Hey folks,

I just wanted to let you know that we released Events Tickets Plus 4.2.7.1 moments ago and it includes a fix for this issue. Please update when you have the chance and let us know if you continue to have any problems creating tickets and we’d be happy to help.

Thanks a ton for reporting this so we could get a fix out — we appreciate your support and for sticking with us while we worked on this.

    Cheers,
    Geoff

    Hi there

    Thanks for this.

I applied the update and then deactivated the Calendar Plug-in – then went back to edit the page with Tickets added to it and found the Tickets module still there, so the fix appears to have worked in that sense.

However the problem I now have is that when I go to that actual page on the website, the ticket options are no longer there, so no tickets can be purchased. See http://flinthamshow.co.uk/buy-tickets/

Whilst this is not an issue right now, since the event starts in the morning, it is an issue that needs resolving.

    Good evening Neil,

    Thank you for writing back.

I am sorry to hear that the ticket is not available on your page after the update.
I tried to reproduce the issue on my end, but I was unfortunately not able to.

There are a couple of things worth checking:

    1. Can you go to Events > Settings > Tickets and make sure that the “Page” checkbox is still checked ?
    2. Can you try “editing the ticket” and re-saving it ?
    3. Does a brand new ticket work on that page ?

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Hi

Thanks for the suggestions, however I realised on further investigation the cause was due to having set the end date for each ticket as the day of the event, so they had automatically hidden themselves as no longer available.

    My bad!
