ParticipantWe have existing WooCommerce Product pages (Grouped products) with tickets added. We were able to update the product description and product data. This morning however, we lost access to the different sections.
We found that we no longer have access to the Product Description, ‘Product Data’, Short description sections for existing grouped product pages with tickets added.
For new WooCommerce Product pages, the settings are removed as soon as a ticket is added. The editor menu is also missing for the product description, original content is there but not rendering as can be seen with the red underline in screenshot.
Upgrading from Events Tickets, Events Tickets Plus The Events Calendar from 4.2.6 to 4.2.7 did not help.

ParticipantI found the problem to this, it appears The Events Calendar plugin needs to be activated for the Event Ticket Plus to work properly.
Please confirm all required plugins for Events Tickets Plus to work?

ParticipantJust realized that under ‘Events > Settings’ for Ticket Settings > Post types that can have tickets, the Option for ‘Product’ page has been removed.
We had to deactivate Event Tickets Plus and Event Calendar then select ‘Product’ there again.
Then reactivate the plugins to see Tickets published on Product pages.
However, when we revisit the setting ‘Events > Settings’ for Ticket Settings, the post type ‘Product’ has disappeared again.

Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
InĀ order for Event Tickets Plus to work you will need The Events Calendar and Event Tickets plugins activated. ET+ is dependent on the other 2, it is an extension of functionality, so it will not work without them.
