MemberGood evening Marc,
Thank you for taking the time to write back.
I just double-checked and you might be on to something, the snippet is about a year old and we recently re-engineered our Tickets module.
Most likely that makes the ticket deprecated.
I will reach out to our coding ninjas to see if they can update it for you. With that in mind, due to holiday outages, that might take slightly longer than usual.
We apologize for the inconvenience this might be creating.Hang tight as I follow-up on this for you.

MemberGood evening Michael,
The simple answer to your question is most probably.
As previously stated, what is going on is that your theme is throwing a few CSS rules in the way of achieving that goal.Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme AND child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.I think this will be faster than our current approach provided how your theme is behaving.
Have a great day!

I did respond. But perhaps the email never it to you for some reason.
Let me know how my suggestions go.

MemberGood evening Sigit and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. At this point, the best method to achieve this is to use a User switching plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/
Basically that will allow you to perform the front-end process as that other user.
Better yet, if you are only using RSVP tickets you can do so without that plugin. Simply head over to the event and use the ticket form (entering the attendees email). As a side note, we had an extension that allowed to edit attendee info from the back end (not add it). The downside is that it is broken unless you are using Event Tickets 4.5.7 and Event Tickets Plus 4.5.6
With that in mind, we are in the process of fixing it for compatibility with the most recent version of our plugins.
You will be informed as soon as it is.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that you never received an email reply.
Sometimes that unfortunately happens (for a variety of reasons – including spam filters). For that reason, it is safer to log in to your account to see your ticket’s progress directly on the forums.
In your case, it sounds like this is exactly what happened.
My colleague Jennifer kindly replied to you on December 8th as you can see here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/edit-ticket-email/#post-1401164If you still wish me to proceed with the refund, I will gladly do so for you.
But I thought it was important to let you know that we did indeed reply to you to provide you the assistance you needed.Best regards,

MemberGood evening Kerrin and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that you are also dealing with this issue.
I would love to help you with this topic. The good news is that normally, this was only a temporary glitch. It should be fine now.
An easy way to fix this would be to completely deactivate and delete the Events Calendar Pro plugin. No worries, that will not delete any data.
Once that is done, head over to your Downloads page, grab a copy of the latest version and upload it normally with WordPress’ built-in Add plugin interface.
Here is a refresher if you forgot how that works: http://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon David and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about your calendar not showing up on you site.
I would love to help you with this topic. The very first thing I would recommend is trying out the different Events Template settings under Events -> Settings -> Display to see if that helps.
If that does not work. Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Max,

2. I don’t have custom translation
Actually you do, but for German (based on your screenshot), not Russian.
3. what do you mean “fuzzy” or “unfuzzy”?
The fuzzy/unfuzzy concept is about the validity of a string. If a string is considered potentially not accurate, it is marked “fuzzy”.
What file of event plugin should I edit in PO editor?
Also I have found out that not translated words are existed in plugins/the-events-calendar/lang/the-events-calendar-ru_RU.po
I would highly recommend ditching that plugin in favor of Poedit (which is far more complete and reliable – also it is free): https://poedit.net/
In your case, some of the strings are located in /plugins/the-events-calendar/lang/ while others are located in /plugins/events-calendar-pro/lang/
In both cases, if you look at http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/, you will notice that the translations for Russian are not fully complete (62% for our free plugin and 45% for our Pro plugin). That most likely means that you will need to complete some of these strings using one of the articles previously shared).
In fact, we will gladly provide a free license to our translation contributors.
Finally, while looking at your system information, I notice that you are using QtranslateX.
Please note that we do not offer official compatibility with that plugin. If you are looking for a multilingual website, your best bet is WPML (most advanced compatibility yet). Polylang also offers some compatibility, but not for Pro.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Jasmin,
I am sorry downgrading the Events Calendar did not yield the expected results.
Do you know how old that latest version of your theme is ? Or better yet, could I get a copy of that version ?
Secondly, it is possible that downgrading the Events Calendar might need a bit of trial and error (including going several versions back). Finally, it is quite possible that you might need to downgrade WordPress as well to match the theme’s age.
What I am seeing is that something in the theme is creating an error 500 after the second time you click on the next event link.
jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:4 POST http://www.tangoloft-berlin.de/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)
Most likely there is a conflict between WordPress’ JQuery and the version enqueued by your theme.
Finally, something else to try out would be to disable the caching for the month view under Events -> Settings -> General in case that helps.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Julio and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. When translation file strings are not kicking in, it is usually caused by one of the following things:
- Your translation files are not up to date
- You are using some customized translation files that have been placed in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. These might not be updated and will override any other file.
- The strings are translated, but are considered “fuzzy”
In the first 2 cases, the solution is to update your translation files using the pot file. You can do this by using the Poedit software and heading to Catalog > Update from pot file.
In the last case, you will need to make them “unfuzzy” using Poedit.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Ernesto,
Thank you for taking the time to write back.
In this case, your only option would be to manually override the problematic lines of that file:
- /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/Log/File_Logger.php on line 68
- /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/Log/File_Logger.php on line 137
- /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/Log/File_Logger.php on line 63
A simple way to do this is to throw a “@” in front of the function calls.
The obvious downside is that you will have to do this again every update.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Best regards,

Additionally, I am noticing from your system information that your max_execution_time = -1 for PHP. A value of 30 or 300 is more common. I would recommend you reach out to your web host to fix this.
Let me know how that goes.

I am glad this was useful to you.
The short answer is yes, this is just another way to achieve the same result. To get a sense of the format, I suggest you download my file and open it in a text editor.
