    Good evening Terra,

Thank you for that extra piece of information.
I ran several tests and it does look like the button in the list view is indeed going rogue.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a solution for this.

Alas, I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

In the meantime, some CSS should enable you to buy some time.

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .tribe-button {
    background-color: #8c281b !important;
    }

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

Good evening Adam and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

The short answer is yes. You can absolutely do that.

The way to achieve this is to grab a copy of our Community Events extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/

This will let your chosen users add events from the front-end while giving you total control on how the approval process.

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Hannah,

Thank you for taking the time to write back.

As per your request, I just went ahead and processed the refund.
You can typically expect a few days before the transaction shows up on your end.

Additionally, I might have some good news for you regarding your refund reason

the features were more than I needed – the entire integration with an ecommerce platform was excessive in my need for a registration platform.

We will shortly add PayPal support to our free Event Tickets plugin. If all goes well, we are aiming for Q1 of 2018.

Hopefully, that will meet your needs of simplicity.

So stay tuned and have a fantastic holiday season!

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Kim,

Thank you for trying those suggestions.

There are a couple of other things to try to fix this issue:

    1. Head over to Events -> Settings -> Display and try deactivating Enable the Month View Cache
    2. Head over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page.

Once you are there, you should see several cleanup buttons. I would recommend:

      a) Clearing WPML cache
      b) Using ALL the cleanup buttons on that page
      c) Disabling the language switcher cache
      d) Re-saving your permalinks

    3. If none of that works, please try to use the directory-based language switching (instead of the parameter) in WPML’s options.

I hope you have a fantastic holiday season!

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Sigit,

Thank you for taking the time to write back.

In case you are interested, here is the  plugin I talked to you about (which still works with the older versions of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus): https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-can-admin-updatechange-ticket-information-for-anonymous-customer/#post-1357096

Does the team have any plan on releasing such feature?

The short answer is that we are for sure going to fix attende data edition from the backend for starters.

Once that is done, adding attendees straight from the backend is more likely to be added to RSVP first. This is because of the low impact it has.

For WooCommerce or EDD tickets however, this can be slightly trickier in terms of other aspects such as stock count, payment or free, customer creation, etc…

As you can imagine , we get a ton of feature requests. We are really appreciative of our customers providing us with amazing ideas.

The only downside is that prioritize can be challenging at times.
This is why we have a User Voice forum.

You are more than welcome to vote and leave comments there: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/32277187-managing-attendees-and-order-information-from-admi

    Have an awesome holiday season!

    Good evening Terra,

Thank you for the files. I will be able to run some tests.

Can you tell me precisely which version of Divi you are using ?

Finally, would you mind trying to temporarily deactivate the Events Calendar Pro to see if that solves the issue ?

    Hang in there!

    Good evening Julio,

    Thank you for writing back.

Full disclosure, we are fairly limited to the amount of support we can provide for our free plugin users here, in our pre-sales forum.

You are more than welcome to pursue the conversation here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar

With that in mind, I would still like to at least send you on the right track.

I highly recommend reading the 3 following articles on translation:

These should answer most of your questions.
Even if you never performed any changes, it is possible that your translations file need to be updated or that your specific version of Spanish is incompletely translated.

    Have a great day!
