MemberGood evening Johanne,
Thank you for writing back and providing more details.
- It looks like there are still images with a non-secure URL (e.g.: http://themobspress.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/mobspress_white-e1448553340821.png), you might want to check into that
- Thank you for that screenshot. Since you are mentioning that the problem is intermittent, I am wondering if this has to do with either:
- The method used to send the email (your webhost might have several ones in place). Typically the more secure the method, the better
- Perhaps your need to make sure that your DKIM, SPF, Sender-ID, and Domain Keys are setup properly. You can read about it here:
https://sendgrid.com/blog/10-tips-to-keep-email-out-of-the-spam-folder/ - Maybe it would be worth trying another email address (e.g.: gmail) as the sending address.
- Perhaps you might want to temporarily switch over to a plugin such as : wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/ . Postman is great, but we want to leave no stone unturned and this plugin has been tried and tested (it even features a testing section).
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Modar and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am sorry to hear that the orders were set to “Complete” immediately. Yikes!This is a much more aggressive behaviour than expected. We apologize for the inconvenience.
You did the right thing by turning off that feature for now.
You also have the right idea by using a third-party plugin that handles the WooCommerce order status.With that in mind, not all of these third party plugins are created equally.
My best recommendation would be to try a few of them out (ideally on a testing/staging server).A lot of our customers are very happy with the following snippet: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
In the end it depends on your specific setup (server, payment gateway, etc…).
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry that you are impacted by this CSS glitch.
I would love to help you with this topic.To answer your question, a fix is underway and should make it to the next maintenance release.
In the meantime, we have 2 possible CSS workarounds.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-events-event-image+div.tribe-events-content {
float: left;
position: relative;
width: 100%;
}OR
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-event-meta {
display: inline-block;
width: 100%;
}.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-cal-links {
display: block;
float: left;
width: 100%;
}Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Andrea and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.You did not mention, but I take it that your calendar lives at: http://www.cracovia32.com/es/events/
I am not exactly sure how the URLs are set up, but what I do know is that your different views are missing the “es” slug in your view URLs somehow (e.g.: http://www.cracovia32.com/es/events/list/ vs http://www.cracovia32.com/events/list/ )
With that in mind, I would try the following suggestions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Sam and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.If this Product is created, what product type is it?
The product created is a virtual simple product that is not visible in the catalog.
Keep in mind these are default behaviours that could be tweaked using snippets.
Would I be able to add product addons or variable options?
Full disclosure, our tickets do work with several WooCommerce plugins.
However, we cannot guarantee compatibility.I am very skeptical that variable products would work. Your best bet is to run some tests.
You can do that easily thanks to our refund policy. As long as you are within 30 days of your purchase, you can get a refund. You just need to follow the procedure described here.
Can this be set to have a delivery option?
Changing the ticket to a simple non-virtual products should normally work. This will activate delivery fees.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the photo view not behaving as expected.
I would love to help you with this topic.As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

With that in mind, if you can, it would be awesome to temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists (with a maintenance page plugin active). That would allow you to find out if this is theme related.
I also took a look at the HTML of your page and I believe the issue stems from the fact that each element on your page is being assigned an absolute position and a fixed top value.
The following CSS seems to help, but it’s more of a hack than a full solution:
#tribe-events-photo-events .type-tribe_events.tribe-events-photo-event {
position: relative !important;
top: 0px !important;
}
If you can, I would also recommend trying the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-photo-view-to-equal-height-grid/Hang in there as we try to figure this one out.

MemberGood evening Gary,
Thank you for writing back,
I must say this is really unexpected.
With that in mind, I went ahead and took a look at your site (I do not have the URL for your staging website) and could not find the rule I suggested in your CSS for some reason.I do have an alternate rule to suggest
.tribe-events-calendar div[id*=tribe-events-event-] {
border-bottom: none !important;
}Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Gregory and happy new year,
Another one of our customers wanted to relay his suggestion here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/french-translation-of-all-bug/
I would recommend reading my answer too 🙂
While I am on this topic, the latest version of our plugin’s language files should work great as far as the “See all” link translation is concerned.

MemberGood evening Yiannis and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us and trying to answer Gregory.
You make a great point, what is probably happening on your install is that the file located in \wp-content\languages\plugins\the-events-calendar-fr_FR.po is not up to date (with the latest strings).
Instead of deleting the file and losing your customizations, you could also update that file using the latest .pot file. You can accomplish this using Poedit and going for Catalog > Update from pot file.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Bill and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tooltip not displaying properly while not being logged-in.
I would love to help you with this topic.Based on what I am seeing, it looks like the actual code is being rendered as opposed to the HTML output.
By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
Two other likely culprits would be:
- Your caching plugin
- Your user role editor plugin
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.
