If this Product is created, what product type is it?
The product created is a virtual simple product that is not visible in the catalog.
Keep in mind these are default behaviours that could be tweaked using snippets.
Would I be able to add product addons or variable options?
Full disclosure, our tickets do work with several WooCommerce plugins.
However, we cannot guarantee compatibility.
I am very skeptical that variable products would work. Your best bet is to run some tests.
You can do that easily thanks to our refund policy. As long as you are within 30 days of your purchase, you can get a refund. You just need to follow the procedure described here.
Can this be set to have a delivery option?
Changing the ticket to a simple non-virtual products should normally work. This will activate delivery fees.
