    We have selected “Display tickets on event page” as “Yes” but they are not showing. Could you tell me what the issue may be.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Secondly, could you provide me with a screenshot of your “Edit Event” screen (including the “Edit ticket” section).

    Good evening,

    Thank you for writing back and for providing extra information.

    If I understand this correctly, you first created the event on Eventbrite and then added it to your calendar (which is fine – I am just trying to confirm the process you used).

    Assuming this is correct, I went on Eventbrite and noticed that I could not find that specific event.

    This leads me to a couple of follow-up questions:

    1. Is that event public or private ? I am asking because private events tickets will not be displayed (this is due to how the Eventbrite API works).
    2. What is the start date of ticket sale on Eventbrite ?
    3. Could it be possible to get the direct URL to that event on Eventbrite ?
