MemberGood afternoon Matthew and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right, for now it is not possible to add events on the first day of an event series.
We apologize for the inconvenience, especially considering this has always been the case. The good news is that this feature is going through our full Dev cycle as we speak.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood afternoon Modar (or do you prefer Shadi ?),
Thank you for answering my follow up questions.
I will report these findings to Dev, run a few additional tests of my own and report to you with how we could workaround this stumbling block.
I wish this was a much smoother process (it normally is), so thank you for your patience as we work on untangling everything.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood afternoon Belinda,
Thank you for writing back and providing more details.
I see what you mean now (image not fully aligned).
I would like to help fix that AND the grey block / alignment issue on mobile.Unfortunately, it looks like the events Calendar is either gone or has been moved on your website. Could you provide me with the proper URL or reactivate the plugin ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberBonjour Thierry,
Bon weekend!

January 13, 2017 at 4:15 pm in reply to: ugly event title in combination with qTranslate-X plugin #1218453Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Jaap and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the titles looking ugly while using QTranslate-X.
Unfortunately, we do not support QTranslate-X or Polylang as multi-lingual solutions for now.
The only plugin we do support is WPML for that purpose. With that in mind, I believe that this is simply a matter of adding the QTranslate filters to the Ticket titles.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Have a good weekend,

MemberGood evening Simon and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the week view not displaying properly on your website.
I would love to help you with this topic. However, to be able to do that, I would need to see the week view on your website (which is temporarily deactivated – or so it seems).
I am pretty sure some simple CSS should cut it.
I believe there is something in your theme adding unnecessary padding to the column headers.
Have a good weekend,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I am sorry to hear that the plugin is not compatible with one of the themes you are using.
Sometimes we are able to offer workarounds for that.In any case, I went ahead and proceeded with your partial refund request. It can take a couple of days to show on your statements.
I also downgraded your license accordingly.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the process payment being skipped. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. Please head over to Events -> Settings -> Tickets and uncheck the Try to set the status of new ticket orders to “complete” automatically option.
That should fix the issue.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Rachel and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the backend being hard to read on your install.
I would love to help you with this topic. This is probably happening because of the number of columns on your “Events” list screen.
To make a long story short, they are fighting for space. There are 2 ways to help with that:
Let me know how that goes.

I was able to reproduce the issue on my end.
