Month View Header

The Event Header on the month view seems to change randomly. Is there a way to fix the header or is there some kind of explanation about which event it chooses to list?

I have determined that the issue was related to my theme and I am going to work with the developer to find a fix. However as I was troubleshooting this issue I notice another problem with the “related events”. Under Disaplay I have related events check to be hidden. However when Jetpack is connected the related events cannot turn off and will always show up even when I have the box checked to hide them. Have you ever experienced this problem before. Right now I have Jetpack turned off. What do you suggest I do?

Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry to hear your theme is causing this, but I am happy you found the culprit and can work on a fix.

As for the other issue involving Jetpack, I searched in our system and there is no reported bug at this point. I also went ahead and tried to reproduce the issue on my system.

Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce it. But, to be fair, there are so many different modules in JetPack that this is probably caused by one of them.

In any case, you can force the related events not to display in one of 2 ways:

1. Create a template override for the single event view and remove that part. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
2. Use CSS to hide them.

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

.tribe-events-single ul.tribe-related-events, .tribe-events-single h3.tribe-events-related-events-title {display: none !important;}
